직원들이 모두 친절했습니다. 방 앞의 풍경은 특별하진 않았지만, 방 자체는 전반적으로 깨끗하고 넓고 편안했습니다.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The rooms are of a reasonable size for a hotel. Its not too far from the centre of the city - walkable in about 20 or a few minutes drive. Also not far from Mona in the other direction. It has a restaurant attached as well as being a short walk to other eateries. Theres a good size carpark and a bottleshop attached.

The staff here make this hotel a pleasure to stay in. Professional and genuinely caring. Rooms are clean and well replenished daily. Meals were delicious with a menu to suit all requirements Not to mention the fantastic room rate. Thanks again for a great stay.

It was a holiday weekend in Tassie, so most places were very expensive. I only stayed 2 nights. The bed was comfy. The room was big, it was clean. I was in an unrenovated room. I would say basic. I cut my time short and received a full refund, which was very honourable. I ate at the restaurant twice and It was great food and very reasonable prices. The hotel is on top of a pub. So prepare for stairs.

The black buffalo rooms are nice but the service I received in the bistro was amazing the young girls that work there made me feel so welcome I am from overseas and you staff are world class people . A big shout out to tremeka and tash for their smile and fun loving attitude they delivered our meals and also made us feel so welcome . Tremeka was lovely although she was busy she still had time to have a chat and help us go through the menu . Tash was always checking if we needed anything and I can see these two girl communicating though out our meal they make a good team . The restaurant was bubbling with happy people and the girls although it was so busy had the table turned over and cleaned so fast . Keep up the good work and we will be sure to tell all our family and friends who visit from new zeland to check you guys out .

I attended your hotel for lunch on Saturday 29th July. I had the pork shoulder; it was slimy, and I had to peel off the covering slime before I could attempt to eat it. The vegetables were limp and tasted like they had been sitting in covered saucepan waiting to be served. We had to wait for over 2 hours for our meal even though we had booked previously. I could only see 2 other small tables in the restaurant so could not understand the wait. The was one waitress, short blonde hair which was polite to everyone, but the other staff were rude, and I am sorry we wasted their time when I'm sure they would rather be elsewhere. I will not be coming back unless a new chef and most of the restaurant staff are replaced.

Comfortable, basic accomodation at a reasonable price, compared to rest of overpriced places in Hobart. Comfortable beds, and there is adequate parking, bistro onsite. Not much of a view as our room overlooked carpark and houses across road. There is a woolies, and other eating places within walking distance.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the venue was conveniently located and had free parking. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Evening meals were available ìn the restaurant and as it is a popular venue, it was necessary to book ahead to ensure a table. The main disadvantages were that the rooms were up stairs and secondly, breakfasts were not available in the dining room due to a lack of staff but a continental breakfast could be ordered the night before to enjoy in your room.
