Comfortable suite and located close to everything. The best part was the staff—from the moment we arrived until we left (about 4 days) we felt like valued guests. The staff, Kim, Rikki, and Sidney, and many others were kind and attentive. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Your staff is one of the most amazing well oiled machines I have ever witnessed! Mainly your breakfast employee Ricky! Wow we not only witnessed true love and kindness to everyone of us learning everyone s name and remembering all. Kim was also amazing you have a great staff!

Excellent hotel in a good location off the interstate and beside a large shopping mall. Plenty of places to eat nearby and things to do. Hotel had extremely friendly staff and made your breakfast for you in the morning. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and convenient.

Hotel is hard to get to. I'm a Marriott Gold member when I checked in I asked for a water. Was told they were out of free water( not joking). Went to room and then back to lobby where I had to purchase a water for $ 2.70. They do not clean rooms daily. I would have thought that an employee would have went to the store and spent $ 20.00 for acfew cases of water. Shows me a severe lack of customer service.

The internet shows doesn't show airport shuttle or restaurant but the Marriott app does; therefore, I called prior to my trip and was advised there was an airport shuttle. Upon my arrival I call the hotel and was informed no airport shuttle and then find out no restaurant. The internet and the app needs to have the same information and needs to be accurate. Otherwise, the hotel itself was very nice and clean. Beds comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

The staff at this hotel not only understands customer service, they live it. Their interactions with every guest and their situational awareness was top notch. They knew who was related to who and who was there for what. Everyone was always smiling. It was clean, well kept, the breakfast spread was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. I highly recommend.

TV wasn't working properly and Alexandria was amazing. Helped me trouble shoot some things and really went the extra mile despite being busy. Would definitely stay there again! Breakfast officially starts at 06:30 but luckily they start putting things out a bit earlier.

Front desk was friendly and courteous. Bert informative about the area. Room was clean and well appointed. Very spacious. Good experience and would book this one again. Free newspaper, complimentary breakfast. Close to food choices and entertainment.

Read the reviews decided to stay here looks like a nice hotel people I encountered were very friendly … As I was unpacking my stuff I noticed a decent size hairball in the middle of one of the beds. Rather than pack my stuff up change rooms and decided to overlook it inflicted in the corner Later on, I went in the bathroom and found long black hair on the bathroom floor and just for reference, I have short all gray hair Again, whatever… Then, this morning as I climbed in the shower, I see an old used dried up washcloth hanging on the shower, curtain rod from somebody else When I checked out, I am formed the front desk and ask for a manager, and was told none was on site but they apologized and said they would definitely have somebody contact me. That was over 4 1/2 hours ago and now I just got an email with an invoice for the cost of my room. OK so you had some bad housekeeping issues and that washcloth thing is just disgusting but the bigger questions are if that got overlooked what else was overlooked and why couldn’t anyone even bother to call me they specifically had my information Sorry for the long review, but I will say I would strongly suggest stay anywhere else. There’s a very nice hotel right up across from the Akron Canton Airport I should have stayed there.
