Avoidable! That’s the one word which can describe this place. Well Fern itself is a big brand name and I have stayed at some of their properties and they do not let down, but this one is seriously avoidable. The hotel had been booked by the corporate I was visiting in Noida. At first when I called the hotel for confirmation of reservation, I was told that they are not holding any reservation. Finally after calling the company, I got a confirmation. Reached at 11:30 pm and the First impression was a poorly lit hotel in a small alley, difficult to locate. Entered the hotel where I could smell only food in the lobby and very congested with poor lighting. The check in person was bother less, asked me to carry my luggage to room. Lift is a heritage one. Room 1st night was very small with barely any light and congested. People on the floor, were using cuss words at 1 am in the night, banging doors and shouting. No sound proofing, I could hear the chatter in another room. I could barely sleep that night. Breakfast next morning was okay, people in the restaurant were trying hard. Limited options though. The room was upgraded to a suite room but it had its own share of disadvantage. No hot water, had to call maintenance but he failed and bought me some hot water in bucket, by that time I had already taken bath. The hotel when newly opened must have been one of the best places in Noida, but since it has aged and with bare maintenance. It shows the ageing. Phones to different department goes unanswered. You are at the mercy of the reception. The reception also is a mess, I had requested for a wake up call for 4am, and reminded the front office a couple of time, but the call never came. When I came for check out, the reception guy was fast asleep and had to pick him up for the formalities. This was a gore negligence on their part , but you cannot complain, coz they start arguing and placing the blame on other people. Except of breakfast, I did not have any food there as it is situated near many good eateries. All in all not much happy with the hospitality or the property. Seriously give it a 2nd thought before dropping in.

Had a great time here .... amazing rooms with good facilities. Smooth check in process Staff is very humble . They assess/help u in anyway as far as things are possible.. Special mention Rajesh (so polite person) who just took good care of our stay.Such a clean and amazing rooms Food is also good.

It’s a very good place to stay. Service is very good. Foods are also very good. Everything is value for money. Restaurant staff Chandani and Ayan are very good. Their service is awesome and highly welcoming. Hotel is located in the sector 104 market area and Nearby places are also very good.

Stay was excellent staffs behaviour is very familiar and specially Miss.Chandni Vaishali and Shrawan was good in restaurant.............. All the food was good😊😊😊😊 and testay... We stay here in one week All the team thank you so much for give us excellent experience 🙏🙏
