Quality Inn Noblesville-Indianapolis

HORRIBLE. Found bed bugs, dirty bedding and mold in the bathroom upon arrival. Phoned the front desk and asked for clean bedding and the staff wouldn't even bring it up to the room, or come to see the bugs we found. I asked for a refund as I was not going to stay in a hotel with bugs. I was told the manager would call me Sunday or Monday about the refund because they could not do that themselves. I am still waiting on a call. None of the staff seemed worried or even apologized. I will be calling the corporate office soon since I have not received a call. Worst hotel experience. We were late to our event due to having to change hotels last second.

The staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and the other amenities were well maintained. The check-in process was brief and the checkout process was equally as brief. The area around the hotel was well lit. The location was easily accessible.

The visit to this motel was entirely satisfactory. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the facility was clean and it is clear that the staff are working on maintaining it. It was a pleasant stay. I wish them well would stay there again happily

I have not even checked in yet and I already hate this place. They advertise having a pool but it is closed. They also will not issue a refund. Please do not check in here if you have kids with you probably not a great safe place.

This hotel is overpriced, outdated, run down and dirty. The parking lot is a flat tire waiting to happen. You almost need a 4x4 to get through the lot. The carpet is worn out and stained and the hotel stinks. After getting back from our concert after midnight all we wanted was a shower. We found out that the shower didn’t work and several outlets and lamps didn’t work. When I called the desk to complain I was told they’d leave a message for the manager. In the morning when checking out I again complained and asked for some money back I was told they’ll give me hotel points which is unacceptable! This hotel was not worth the $165 I paid. Do not stay here.

Will never stay here again. Had to stay because was USAAA hotel for softball. Property is worn, dated and needs to be completely gutted. Parking lot is like a mine field of pot holes. Pricing because of affiliation was outrageous base on value.

I won't stay here again. Serious problems with the condition of the building, seriously over charging for less than basic rooms (no microwave, stained carpets). Also, it didn't bother me, but there's a significant homeless population living in the hotel and the parking lot. For what they charge for a room, I wonder how the homeless are paying for it......got some guesses. They are also non ADA compliant. The side door key locks don't work and I personally witnessed an employee wtch me walk out a side door nearest to my room, with my service dog, then place a pebble in the jamb so I could easily get back in.....within a minute she kicked my pebble out, limiting the easiest access for me back to my room. I saw her do it and plan on filing an ADA complaint. And I know her name. No elevator. Looks like someone bled out and was dragged out....the main carpets ARE that bad. Definitely not worth the $$, and definitely, almost spitefully, non-ADA compliant. Come on, you know the doors don't work and you kick out my door jamb RIGHT after you see me go out with my service dog? I saw it, because I was less than 20 ft when you did it....because I move slow....with a service dog. Anyway, heard they might be closing, and they should. Someone stopped giving a sh!# about that place long ago. Summary: Don't.

My worst experience ever. When I arrived to check-in for a one week stay, the staff person was on the phone. I waited, and waited about 10 or 15 minutes. She never even acknowledged my presence. I left a note with my name and phone number asking her to call me when she was available for me to check-in. After about an hour I called. The same person answered the phone. When I identified who I was, she became irate and hung up on me. I canceled my stay with the online service I used to book. The property has now charged my credit card for the full amount of the week long stay, even though I never checked in. This is horrible. I will now have to go through another process to recoup my money.
