"Great location. The hotel is on a hill slope. Very good view of the valley from the rooms. One could even see the Toy Train that goes from Ooty to Coonoor. Staff is very good, caring and attentive. Room cleanliness is good. The food can be better. Breakfast is average. Rooms and room amenities overall are comfort, not towards luxury."

Frühstück ist großartig speziell Pongal muss essen. Ich bin froh mit der Qualität und Menge an Lebensmitteln. Das Personal ist sehr schüchtern, professionell und hilfreich. Spricht Hindi n Englisch sehr gut für außerhalb des Staates / Land Reisende. Das Zimmer ist in 2 Teile mehr wie ein Studio-Wohnung und gut. In einem Zimmer Bad war sehr schlafend Bitte bewahren Sie, dass ....Aber kein Zweifel Mein Erfahrung war sehr gut mit der Familie .... Muss diesen Ort einmal besuchen"

"Jungle Hut is a beautiful resort with lovely view of mountains, trees, wildlife and nature all around. We stayed here for 2 nights. The management and staff are very friendly and helpful. The entire property is sprawled out with ample space for nature walks, kids to play and it also has a beautiful swimming pool. There are deer almost all the time and since this is in the middle of a jungle there are great chances of spotting elephants, tigers, leopards and other wildlife, especially at night. Rooms are very neat and clean. The food is EXCELLENT! We will definitely be back here soon, highly recommended."

"So we stayed for one night, and it was ok, but the rooms just felt dingy, they had bars on the windows and were very small. The toilet seat was broken. The pool wasn't that clean. You had to order food and they brought it to your room or a very small dining room. I think this could be a beautiful little hotel, but they seem to have just concentrated on the pool area and nothing else. It's in a beautiful area surrounded by tea plantations and nature, and it would have been amazing to eat a nice dinner out looking over the views. Also, there seemed to be one girl doing everything (she was lovely though). We booked a mountain view room, but apparently got upgraded to a "pool view" I would rather have looked at the lovely surroundings than lots of plastic. Sorry sandalo."

"I was travelling with my husband and 3 year old kid for 2 nites to Ooty and booked this villa....Worst experience for paying for a such a huge amount ..... Coordinator was pathetic... Location was extremely inside, we actually requested police *** to allow us in that area....... Cleanliness, hygiene and room condition was pathetic.... Washroom was stinking bad, no toiletries , glass was dirty.... Flies inside the room.... AC was not working... Room was claustrophobic cz no ventilation no proper fans system ..... My kid was sweating whole nite cz no fans or AC ... We spoke to coordinator Ms. ANU immediately but she said she will fix it tomorrow and we need to adjust tonite.... we asked her if still the AC is not working than she said ...We told her that we will stay here tonite and request you to refund the 2nd nite amount ... She SAID said it's NON REFUNDABLE....she can only do the favour of refunding 1k as amount we paid 16k for two nites... We told her it will not be possible to stay as my we are not comfortable with the room condition... ANU said it's our choice but AMOUNT IS NOT REFUNDABLE.... We checkout from this villa immediately next morning... I am suprise that such people or villas chains are working here were GUEST are told TO ADJUST even though we are paying for it. We told her that we will put the consumer fraudulent case on ANU and villa farms to make sure NO OTHER CUSTOMERS are fooled around........"

"Wir haben hier 2 Tage geblieben. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da wir die vollen Stadt mit einem Schoß vom Garten sehen können. Der Zimmerservice war angemessen, aber am 2. Tag nach dem Zimmerreinigen haben sie keine Toiletten geliefert und als wir angerufen haben, haben sie nur Seife geliefert und auch uns erzählt, dass Sie Handtücher sehr schmutzig gemacht. Das Frühstück hat eine anständige Vielfalt von Artikeln und Geschmack war auch gut. Das Abendessen war bezahlt und essen, aber das Menü enthält sehr weniger Optionen für Vege und die Preise, wo sehr hohe und Lebensmittel nicht den Preis wert. Auch da Ooty etwas kalt ist, dann andere Städte, aber sie haben nicht ein geeignetes Heizungssystem ."
