Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfohlen, auch für die schätzungsweise internationale Gäste. Wir waren überall sehr komfortabel und hätten gerne länger geblieben. Sehr freundlich und gut ausgebildetes Personal, außergewöhnlich gute Küche und ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut gepflegtes Gebiet. Die Meerblickvillan sind von erstklassiger Qualität und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Problem, das unsere Buchung erweiterte, und der sehr freundliche Generalmanager kümmerte sich persönlich um das und löste das Problem schnell, einfach und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Vielen Dank dafür! Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beschweren hier im Hotel Amiana, weshalb wir es 5 Sterne geben, die wir selten anders zu vergeben! Ein großer Fokus auf unsere Vietnam-Reise! Ein großer Dank an das ganze Personal, ihr Jungs sind großartig! ;)

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Nha Trang. Hier haben wir wunderschöne 3 Wochen verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter, ob an der Rezeption, Im Restaurant oder Reinigung waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war in der 37. Etage und hat einen tollen Ausblick zum Meer und über die Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es gibt im Hotel viele Russen und Chinesen, die sich nicht benehmen können. Die Teller werden am Buffet überfüllt und dann nicht aufgegessen. Das ist sehr schade, weil viel weggeworfen wird. Überhaupt haben die Chinesen keinen Anstand. Sie führen sich auf, als ob es ihr Hotel ist und haben kein Respekt vor Vietnam. Uns taten die Mitarbeiter sehr leid. Trotz das sie schlecht behandelt wurden von den chinesischen Gästen, waren sie immer sehr freundlich. Sehr schön auch der Pool und die Bar auf dem Dach. Auch hier waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen und empfehlen es gern weiter.

Dies ist ein sehr preiswertes Hotel. Ausstattung, Service und Lage sind alle großartig. Der Pool ist teilweise schattig und teilweise sonnig, so dass er sich auch mitten am Tag hervorragend zum Schwimmen eignet. Auch das Fitnesscenter verfügt über gute Einrichtungen. Und da Sie vom Hotel aus über eine Unterführung zum Strand gelangen, können Sie den Strand sehr bequem und sicher nutzen. Außerdem gibt es viele Nach**ärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass es ein tolles Hotel ist, um nach einer erholsamen Nacht hierher zu kommen.

Die Lage ist ziemlich atemberaubend. Schließen Sie den Strand ( nur 30-sec Fuß ), nahe dem Geschäftsbereich. Und es gibt einen bequemen Geschäft unten, das für uns perfekt ist. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und nett. Die Aussicht ist mein Lieblingspunkt. Wir können das Meer beobachten, wenn wir jeden Tag aufsteigen. Das Bad kann jedoch der Hauptdefekt sein. Das Wasser aus der Dusche ist leicht auf den Boden zu verbreiten, so dass es so weich und schleifend. Und die Wasserkraft ist nicht stark genug.

Die Lage ist sehr schön, im Stadtzentrum. Es gibt einen schönen Strand 🤩 nur über die Straße. Mein Zimmer war Meerblick, Einrichtungen sind gut, aber Fernbedienungen für beide TVs funktionierten nicht, Zimmerlicht war nicht gut, kein Tonnachweis, 😫 es war schrecklich, konnte nicht schlafen wegen des nächsten Gebäudes Karaoke, sos 🆘 Telefon, das im Toilette war nicht funktioniert, Zimmerservice war nicht gut, aber keine Beschwerde. Die Sonnebad-Bereich ist gut, aber der Hotelbedienstete Mann, der die Sonnebad-Gutscheine empfangen und alles dort setzte, war eine Art grobe , nicht schön . Der Empfänger sagte uns, mit kostenlosem Tee nachmittag zwischen 3-5pm im 28. Stock zu genießen, aber wir zahlten endlich. Der Gastgeber des 28. Stock-Restaurants verstand nicht, wenn ich um kostenlose Tee frage, so hat er uns irregeführt, der Manager entschuldigte sich und fragte uns nur um Kacke und Pizza zu bezahlen, aber ich bezahlte, weil der Gastgeber trainiert war, und er versuchte sein Bestes. Auch Tee sollte auf der 29. Etage sein, so dass der Fehler von Rezeptor begann. Frühstück war in Ordnung .

It was such a greatl time staying at Sheraton. All the staffs were nice and helpful. Especially the reception manager, Ms. Uyen Michelle, who assisted us was a star! From the check in till check out she helped us. Even after checked out when we had some problem communicating with the bus company she was willing to interpret for us. We do appreciate for her great hospitality and warmth. Thank you!

I have great memories at Ariyana SmartCondotel with my group of friends. We spent all our time getting around the city on the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We were able to go around the city on our own to enjoy the local food. Moreover, the staffs were very nice to us, they helped us take pictures and directed us to some special cafes in Nha Trang.

We visited Nha Trang in April ‘23, and thanks to our travel agent, he had booked us at the Melia Vinpearl Empire for 2 nights. It was the best hospitality we have experienced in a very long time. Having been a part of the industry for over a decade ourselves, it just felt amazingly refreshing and soulful to be treated so wonderfully. The white themed lobby and rooms reminiscent of a medieval yet modern Spanish era, the super clean and comfortable rooms. The brilliant view of the South China Sea from the balcony and the great food all nothing short of surreal. Special mentions to the staff at the hotel, specially Miss Iris, their Guest Experience Manager for being extremely warm, courteous and helpful and taking extra care by going out of her way to make sure we had the best time ever and also making sure my wife was well taken care of as she was unwell. Food choices being a little restrictive, Iris and the team of Chefs decided to do a special seafood preparation for us which I think was a very good gesture. They also got us free tickets to the Vinwonder land.. FOR ALL 5 OF US. it was an amazing experience. All in all, a great place to stay. If you’re in Nha Trang, you need to be at Melia. Thanks to the team for making our stay an experience to remember for a lifetime

Overall, 10/10 The island, the accommodation, staff, everything is really good. We loved the pool & the shore, but I recommend everyone to buy breakfast & dinner, so you won’t have to think about it. They have room service, food is good but not as good as the buffet. Also: book the room with VinWonders tickets, it’s a great deal ＜3

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Service perfekt. Frau Ngoc Tien war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Das Morgenessen ist absoluter Luxus. In Europa gibt es keine solche 5 Sterne Hotels mit dieser Dienstleistung. Zimmer wurde immer wieder geputzt. Es sind alle sehr hilfsbereit.

Es soll ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sein, aber in Vietnam scheinen die 5-Sterne-Standards nachsichtig zu sein. Der Teppich im Hotelzimmer ist fleckig, der Safe funktioniert nicht und vor allem ist der Preis günstig, daher gibt es viele Vietnamesen, das Hotel ist also ein Marktplatz. Für einen Aufenthalt ist es nicht geeignet. Wenn Sie also Geld sparen möchten, sollten Sie hierher kommen. Es war schön, einen Swimmingpool zu haben.

We stayed here for 2nights and any one looking to stay in the city next to the beach and to all the hotspots around Nha Trang city highly recommended this hotel. We stayed booked 3 rooms 2 were panorama view suits and the other were a balcony suit. Both has amazing views of the beach and the Nha Trang bay. Panorama suits do not have a balcony so anyone smoking or looking to open up their balcony we recommend the balcony suit. The rooms were super spacious clean and the views were amazing. The roof top have a small pool not the most picturesque. Early morning or late evening can just put on your swimwear and walk to the beach from the hotel. Few beach clubs like sailing club is couple of minutes walking distance from the property.

It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh.
