Dieses Hotel ist sehr empfohlen, auch für die schätzungsweise internationale Gäste. Wir waren überall sehr komfortabel und hätten gerne länger geblieben. Sehr freundlich und gut ausgebildetes Personal, außergewöhnlich gute Küche und ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gut gepflegtes Gebiet. Die Meerblickvillan sind von erstklassiger Qualität und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Problem, das unsere Buchung erweiterte, und der sehr freundliche Generalmanager kümmerte sich persönlich um das und löste das Problem schnell, einfach und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit. Vielen Dank dafür! Es gibt wirklich nichts zu beschweren hier im Hotel Amiana, weshalb wir es 5 Sterne geben, die wir selten anders zu vergeben! Ein großer Fokus auf unsere Vietnam-Reise! Ein großer Dank an das ganze Personal, ihr Jungs sind großartig! ;)

We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Nha Trang. Hier haben wir wunderschöne 3 Wochen verbracht. Die Mitarbeiter, ob an der Rezeption, Im Restaurant oder Reinigung waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war in der 37. Etage und hat einen tollen Ausblick zum Meer und über die Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Es gibt im Hotel viele Russen und Chinesen, die sich nicht benehmen können. Die Teller werden am Buffet überfüllt und dann nicht aufgegessen. Das ist sehr schade, weil viel weggeworfen wird. Überhaupt haben die Chinesen keinen Anstand. Sie führen sich auf, als ob es ihr Hotel ist und haben kein Respekt vor Vietnam. Uns taten die Mitarbeiter sehr leid. Trotz das sie schlecht behandelt wurden von den chinesischen Gästen, waren sie immer sehr freundlich. Sehr schön auch der Pool und die Bar auf dem Dach. Auch hier waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen und empfehlen es gern weiter.

Dies ist ein sehr preiswertes Hotel. Ausstattung, Service und Lage sind alle großartig. Der Pool ist teilweise schattig und teilweise sonnig, so dass er sich auch mitten am Tag hervorragend zum Schwimmen eignet. Auch das Fitnesscenter verfügt über gute Einrichtungen. Und da Sie vom Hotel aus über eine Unterführung zum Strand gelangen, können Sie den Strand sehr bequem und sicher nutzen. Außerdem gibt es viele Nach**ärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass es ein tolles Hotel ist, um nach einer erholsamen Nacht hierher zu kommen.

Die Lage ist ziemlich atemberaubend. Schließen Sie den Strand ( nur 30-sec Fuß ), nahe dem Geschäftsbereich. Und es gibt einen bequemen Geschäft unten, das für uns perfekt ist. Das Personal ist auch freundlich und nett. Die Aussicht ist mein Lieblingspunkt. Wir können das Meer beobachten, wenn wir jeden Tag aufsteigen. Das Bad kann jedoch der Hauptdefekt sein. Das Wasser aus der Dusche ist leicht auf den Boden zu verbreiten, so dass es so weich und schleifend. Und die Wasserkraft ist nicht stark genug.

Location is very nice , in the city center . There is a beautiful 🤩 beach just cross the road. My room was seaview , amenities are good , but remote controls for both tv were not working , room light was not good , no sound proof , 😫 it was terrible , couldn’t sleep due to next building karaoke, sos 🆘 phone which was in the toilet was not working , room service cleaning was not good but no complain. Sunbathing area is good but the hotel employee man who was receiving sunbathing vouchers and settling everything there , he was kind of rude , not nice . Receptionist told us enjoy with free tea afternoon between 3-5pm on the 28 th floor, but we ended up paying. 28th floor restaurant waiter didn’t understand when i ask about free tea , so he misled us , manager apologized and asked us only pay for cake and pizza, but i paid because the waiter was trainee , and he was trying his best. Also tea was supposed to on the 29th floor so the mistake has begun from receptionist. Breakfast was okay .

Service was first class. The staff were proud to be working for the Sheraton and the brand itself, which is what you want to hear from them. I had the pleasure of dealing with a young gentleman named Ethan and he was pleasant in manner, anticipated my needs before I even communicated them, ensured I was happy and provides solutions to any queries I had. Upon checking in, I had previously checked out earlier in the day (flight delayed until the next day) and mentioned I had left my swimming shorts in my previous room. The check-in staff said that they would contact housekeeping and see if they could be found. I then checked in and went to my room to discover that it was a connected room with access to the next room via a door. Unfortunately, this lead to noise travelling from my neighbours room. I went to reception and was met by Ethan who then gave me another room, it was an upgrade to a nicer room on a higher floor. Not only that, I asked about my swim shorts and was told that they had been found, they would be laundered and dried before being returned to me. I said that it was fine, I could just take them and they would dry on the balcony, to which Ethan enthusiastically replied, ”Sir, this is the Sheraton!”. It is so nice to hear such words from staff and to know that you're in the hands of people that care and take pride in their work.

Ich habe es für 0.5 Park Yong vor dem Morgenflug reserviert. Guter Preis für Geld und gute Lage in der Innenstadt Ich habe einen Arzt zu melden. Das Bad war nicht geräumig, sondern etwas eng im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, aber es war nicht schlecht.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. I have great memories at Ariyana SmartCondotel with my group of friends. We spent all our time getting around the city on the free bicycles provided by the hotel. We were able to go around the city on our own to enjoy the local food. Moreover, the staffs were very nice to us, they helped us take pictures and directed us to some special cafes in Nha Trang.
