Infested with roaches. Around 1-4am get out of your room and walk to the stairs, you’ll see roaches running around. Roaches in the bathroom, roaches coming in from outside, roaches hiding behind the refrigerator… we complained to the lady in the office following day and she just said they would clean the room because the roach we killed was still in the floor meaning housekeeping didn’t clean it and that’s it, no refund or nothing. Second night we left in the middle of the night and slept in the gas station next door in our car with our son and dog. Only gave us refund for the second night but not the first night because we stayed the night when we showed proof we called multiple hotels as far as 1 hour radius (over 12 different hotels, there was a tournament in the area and everything was booked) and the guy at the office said we can only handle it through trip.com. When trip.com called they lied saying we didn’t said anything, that the room was clean and that we were lying even though I showed the pictures of the roaches to him. Remember, if the place is cheap, there’s a reason. Read reviews, I didn’t saw other people complaining about the roaches until the second night.

The place looks and feels run down. My room was comfortable but smelled like smoke in this "non-smoking" property. The bathroom smelled like urine. It's nice that there was a refrigerator and microwave over. Oh, and good luck setting the alarm clock. I never could figure mine out. I saw people sitting on the stairs and blocking the way, etc.

This property is horrible ! AVOID STAYING HERE at all cost. Not only are the rooms run down and falling apart but they do not have functioning air conditioners. Staff here is also the worst. Amy at the front desk is rude, combative and unhelpful. She never answers the phone and spends her time on her cell phone on calls instead of addressing customers. She also enjoys hanging up on customers, worst customer service experience ever. This property also barely picks up the phone. Manager Ahmed refuses to return customers emails/calls. Every time you call asking for him he’s not available or your told he doesn’t speak to customers, which is untrue. Beware this place is a nightmare. Guest relations also has tried to reach the property and they ignore them as well. This place should lose its license for its negligent staff and run down rooms. Guest relations also is useless and Madison the guest relations manager supports this behavior as she did nothing to hold them accountable. Don’t waste your time with guest relations they are also negligent and unwilling to assist customers. Stay anywhere but at this Red Roof.

Stayed here a week visiting friends and traveling to and from NYC. the value of this hotel made it worth the travel. I've stayed here several times and am never disappointed. the staff is friendly and I felt safe in my room. im out doing things so I'm not there too much so all I care about is a nice comfortable place to sleep. there many restaurants nearby and a Royal Farms convenience store. If you like Mexican I totally recommend Border Cafe. Don't listen to these other reviews from picky people. this is a nice place to stay.

This is a Red Roof location I will never revisit. The room was shabby; musty smell, peeling paint, very loud AC unit, mold around the tub drain, iron but ironing board missing, sagging mattress, broken drawers. It was listed as “Smoke Free,” but people smoked throughout the property

The first things was the homeless woman and 3 kids sleeping on the bench 15 feet from the front door. Then there were all the locals that call this place home running around, talking, singing, at midnight and since we had a dog we didn't get any sleep. The the Manager woke us up at just past midnight and instructed us we needed to move our truck and trailer to the back of the place , after we asked when we checked in if we could park it where it was, after showing him on the one of 20 cameras where is would be park, The night attendant, whom gave us permission said he did know we had a truck and a trailer but with 20 plus cameras how couldn't he since we had been there for over 5 hours. I told him we were worried about parking it out back because of all of the folks (non-travelers) in area and he stated they have cameras ever where so it would be fine but after 5 hours he never noticed my truck and trailer being parked where it was. After we were woke up 3 times and were told if we didn't move our truck they would call the police. I asked to talk to the manager but was told he was too busy to talk with us so we left the hotel for the night and will NEVER EVER stay at a Red Roof in the rest of my time on this earth. UNSAT!!

This motel is short staffed. Upon checking in no one was at the front desk. The smell from cigarette smoke comes in the rooms from people smoking outside the rooms. I had to change rooms because the cigarette smell in the first room was too strong. The telephone in the room does not work so there is no way to contact the front desk. I've had to walk to the front desk twice due since I checked in due to issues I've had with the rooms. The TV in the room I am currently in is NOT working. Unfortunately, there is no one available to fix it. The staff is friendly and the room is okay, but I probably will not stay here again. You get what you pay for. Spend a little extra and stay at a Hilton or Marriott.
