Logan Inn

This is our second time we stayed at The Logan Inn.we had a King Suite in the new wing. The room is large, beautiful, and modern. The bathroom is huge. The view is great. The bar and restaurant are great places to hang out. We had a great lunch on the terrace. The tacos are very good.

Had a king room in the annex building. Room was huge but lacking. Bed was too soft for my comfort (admittedly this is a personal preference). There was a bistro set with 2 uncomfortable plastic chairs. (How about a nice easy chair for reading instead?) Shower had 2 rain shower heads with mediocre water pressure. TV was broken (we reported it and staff offered to send someone but we didn’t really need to watch TV so we asked them to fix it after we left). Worst part was the air conditioning that sounded like a freight train. It was truly comical. Almost impossible to carry on a conversation in the room without shouting. Definitely not worth the $442 we paid. Next overnight in New Hope we’ll try somewhere else. Our experience at the restaurant was great. Food and service both excellent. Also a nice jazz trio in the lobby bar in the evening. But how crazy that you have this huge restaurant/bar/lounge and there is no restroom on the main floor?? The only bathrooms are down a flight of stairs and through the lower level entertainment space. And the glass panels on the bathroom stall doors are just bizarre.

Check-in was seamless. We completed the digital check-in that was sent to my handheld device as a text message. Couldn’t have been easier. We were in our room within ten minutes of our arrival. Room was perfect. Historical side. I’ve stayed on the newer side two months ago. Both sides are great!!! Dinner was perfect. Whiskey bar is GREAT! Centrally located to enjoy New Hope and Lambertville, NJ. We’ll be back in the fall!!!!!

An amazing boutique historic hotel. Centrally located within walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. We had a king suite with balcony which was a huge, comfortable space. So relaxing….. love the option of restaurant and bar scene. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Overall a beautiful, vibrant, comfortable venue for a weekend getaway.

I had a recent reservation at this hotel that unfortunately had to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. From the very first interaction, the staff was incredibly understanding, professional, and kind. Monica and Ashley, in particular, were outstanding—both went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they process my refund quickly and without hassle, but they did so with genuine empathy and care. In today’s world, it's rare to find a hotel that combines efficiency with such sincere customer service. Monica and Ashley’s professionalism and kindness truly made a lasting impression. I will absolutely be booking with this hotel again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that truly values its guests. Thank you again for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience!

We arrived on a Friday night with reservations for four and were seated promptly. The decor is very attractive. However, the dinning room is rather noisy so to have a conversation have to talk a little louder than would like. Our server was attentive. The menu was not very extensive and when we were told the special was a 16 oz steak for over $100 we decided on something else. The drinks were good, but on the expensive side. One in our group had the salad with Shrimp. One special was sesame encrusted tuna which one of us had and he said was very good. My wife had the pork chop which she also thought was very good. I had the Osso buco chicken which was rather dry. Need some sauce or gravy. Most unique part of the chicken was the way it was presented with one leg in the air. Overall felt the meal was decent, but overpriced. Since we were seated next to the area where the meals were put under heating lamps waiting to be served, did get to see number of entrees and the best looking was the hamburger.
