Отель понравился, чисто, чистое постельное белье, завтраки вкусные. Месторасположение удобное, рядом станция метро и жд станция Нью Дели, очень понравился персонал отеля, очень приветливые и всегда готовы помочь, отель рекомендую!

空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。少し遅れてしまったが、対応はとても良かったです。ホテルの立地はとても車通りが多い道にあり、昼夜問わず、クラクションが聞こえるのが少し気になりました。 フロントの人もとても丁寧でしたが、朝食付きプランを予約したのに、ついてないから追加料金が必要と言われたり、私たちでツアーを予約していたが、それは高いから私たちのプランの方が安いと言われたり、何かとつけて、お金を取るような足元を見られてるような接客だったので、はっきり断るであったり予約の控えなどはすぐに見せられるようにしといた方がいいです。 それ以外はセキュリティもしっかりしていて、部屋はとても綺麗で朝食もおいしかったです。

I stayed at Hotel Ajanta with my friends and we where here to explore Delhi. The place is in central zone having close proximity to all historical places and behavior of staffs are so courteous. The travel desk is grand, specially Mr. Rashid and good quality is also equally great. Would encourage everyone to experience this hotel when someone is at Delhi for a vacation.

Excellent experience and they also arranged my trip to Agra, Jaipur and Pushkar for a very reasonable rate. The hotel cafe serves an amazing breakfast buffet and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Rashid was professional, organized, and attentive to our needs. He planned our Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) itinerary, including a visit to Ajmer, seamlessly. His recommendation to include Jaipur in our trip made a significant difference. Through his assistance, we traveled in a relatively new and comfortable Ertiga, perfect for our small family. The travel cost (excluding hotel charges) was reasonable, and the service was reliable. Suggestions for Improvement: Housekeeping at the partner Trim Room Hotel in Jaipur could be improved. Torn towels and bedsheets need replacement, and the rooms were smaller than expected. Attention to these details will elevate guest satisfaction. Overall Impression: We appreciate the family-friendly nature and courteous service at Ajanta Hotel and its travel desk. While there is room for improvement in facilities, the warm and accommodating staff ensured a comfortable and memorable stay. Good location if you’re looking to stay in the hustle and bustle of Delhi (very close by to the main bazaar and New Delhi train station). We arrived very late (in the early hours) and the staff were very accommodating - preparing food and drink and making sure we were comfortable. The manager will assist you with travel plans, ordering transportation and providing recommendations. This is a great value for money stay with comfortable beds, good pillows, 24/7 service and warm hospitality.
