I had a terrible time making a reservation. I have a Windham account and because of inactivity the Forgot Password feature didn’t work. I called and spent quite a bit of time on the phone to get the account reinstated, reset the password and make a reservation! I signed up for the text promotion, but the button didn’t work and so I did not get the 15% discount. When I mentioned this during check-in, I was told this location is a franchise, so I would have to contact corporate. The towels are very thin and never get dry. I stayed four nights and the room was never made up and the sheets were never changed. Be sure to get your coffee early, because when it runs out, there is no more. My back of the remote control was taped on with packing tape. The TV guide in the room listed premium channels including HBO, but there were none available. At least the room was clean.
