SpringHill Suites New Bern

The breakfast was good and the rooms and other facilities and amenities were very clean. The room was spacious although the bathroom was a little cramped. I’d definitely stay here again when i’m in town!

Came to New Bern for a golf trip with a group of friends. Enjoyed the trip and the stay, but was totally disappointed with the free breakfast. The "eggs" were of the poorest quality, (probably not real) served room temperature. and the sausage was a poor quality turkey. Its just as easy to prepare and serve something flavorful, as it is to give your guest "plastic" food that most guests do not appreciate.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff at the front desk couldn't have been nicer and the breakfast was one of the best we had on our two-week vacation. The rooms were very well-kept by the housekeeping staff but are starting to show some wear. The upholstery in particular on the sofa had not been cleaned recently and was also stained. We swam in the pool once but did not go in again as there was some debris and cloudy water .One thing we have noticed recently is that this is more common in some of the Marriott brands than it used to be when you could always count on them to be pristine.

Staying just one night but really comfy. Arrived a little before check-in during horrendous thunderstorm and David was great. He was the only one at the desk and handled everyone professionally. Our room was ready in no time, spacious and clean.

I always enjoy my stay when I visit. the room are always immaculate. I can adjust the temperature of the room and that is important being I have asthma. What every we need if accidently left something at home, the person at the front desk is always helpful.

We stayed here for two nights April 27-28. There was no silverware or oversized chair as advertised for the room. The TV did not swivel to the sofa area; we had to move the entire dresser to see the TV from the sofa. I had hoped to do my laundry during this stay, but the laundry room was out of order. The bathroom sink did not hold water. The wet bar sink also didn't hold water because the stopper was missing a gasket. There was a large shower, but no tub to wash clothes in either. The refrigerator was not cooling. The TV had no channel guide and the channel displayed at the top did not correspond to the correct channel. At breakfast both days, the toaster handle was broken, and the crew didn't replace it or reset it when it didn't work at all the second day. On top of all that, the toilet paper was very cheap and I'm glad we brought our own. The good news was that the woman on the night crew stole a refrigerator and a sink stopper from another room for us. I pity the other room renter.

We had approximately 25 rooms for a family gathering and this hotel went above and beyond to be accommodating and helpful to us. The rooms were nice and clean and the staff amazing particularly Anthony and Brynn. We thank you for your kindness during our stay.

My wife and I are in town this weekend for a wedding. I wanted to take this opportunity to commend the staff at Springhill Suites. They have been fantastic! I wanted to particularly call out Anthony at the front desk and Mathew at breakfast service. Both guys were warm, welcoming, enthusiastic, and provided outstanding service. Thank you!

The hotel was extremely accommodating for my family and friends during a difficult time. All of the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Next time we are in New Bern, this hotel is definitely where we plan to stay again.
