Staying at home 3 Suites was excellent. Attentive team members, great breakfast, clean rooms and a cozy little outdoor fire pit was just what a business trip ordered! Ms. Felicia at the front desk went above and beyond in helping with whatever I needed. The hotel itself was newer and very clean! Oh and the Chef was very friendly!

Wow, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst hotel stay I have experienced in a long time. While some staff members were respectful, I experienced several who were disrespectful and unhelpful. The room was poorly cleaned with mold clearly evident in the shower, no shampoo in the dispenser, and hair on the floor. The bed sheets smells musty, the sheets were pilling, and all three pillows were very lumpy. Breakfast was also disappointing. Very limited variety and no to-go coffee cups were available. When I asked the hostess about if cups were available, she (without even looking up from her computer screen) replied "nooooooope". When I called later in the week to speak with the Assistant General Manager about an issue I had during my stay, she was extremely rude and disrespectful and, after an unfruitful conversation, advised that "if I didn't like it, I didn't stay at the hotel again". Goes without saying, I won't be returning.

I don't know what's going on with this property, but the employees seem crabby and like they hate their jobs. It was not the usual Hilton experience for me. In my first room, there was a vibration on the floor that felt like there was a compressor running next door, and I needed to change rooms. The employee for this was actually very helpful and even brought me a key up so I could change rooms without coming downstairs. Later that night, I realized that there was no cook surface and called down to the front desk, and she was not helpful at all and even seemed like she was mad at me for bothering her. They had no paper cups for coffee, and I'm not sure why somebody didn't just run out to the supermarket and get another brand to get them through - I would have done that. Lastly, on the day I left, I was using the internet really early in the morning and there are two employees hossiping complaining about their jobs. I just don't think that's appropriate to do in front of guests. I have relatives in New Albany, but next time I think I would rather drive 5 or 10 more minutes rather than stay here again.

Have stayed in this newly built hotel many times before, but I could notice deteriorating overall service from seemingly unsupervised staffs. Digital key never worked since day one; coming down several times with all luggage from 4th floor to receive the physical key was not very happy experience .Requested hanger for hanging my clothes from front desk. Front desk tried for long and could offer only one hanger during my weeklong stay. COVID restrictions are long gone, but I could not get my room cleaned even once in spite of repeated request.

Room was disgusting. Dirty underwear under sofa and urine on toilet! Recommend to not stay here! Was moved to a second room and that room was filthy as well! What happened to the quality of Hilton…,..

We looked forward to staying the night in New Albany, Ohio as we were coming home from a surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and thought it seemed like a nice area to stop. We decided to stay at the Home 2 Suites. It appeared on the surface to be a new modern hotel. The hotel was very dirty. The elevator floor and walls were dirty, the hallway carpet on our floor had stains, our hotel room floor was sticky and dirty, our bed spread was soiled. We will not be back here.

sometimes you think a big hotel will be noisy, aloof, formal...however...this Hilton was very quiet and personable. i would recommend it for families who like to cook in, or for singles who like to go out on the town!

The room was not cleaned satisfactorily. There were crumbs and food pieces on the counter tops, the handles of the drawer by sink had dried food on them, there was a cotton ball in the floor, and the floors were not swept.

Stayed overnight because my hubby was having early surgery at White Fence Surgical Center. We were very pleased with our accommodations and amenities that were available. Breakfast was delicious, great variety of items!
