we stayed as a huge group in the modern hotel ( 2 buildings ) . location is far away from verona center 30 min. all clients was as organized groups ; lobby very small ; rooms very huge & nice there is safe mini bar comfortable bedding ; large bathrooms & clean ; the breakfast is very poor ; 2 items only ( eggs + tuna ) . the staff are very polite & professional well english speaking , specially alan (don't miss this high level guy ) . totally it was ok - specially the neighbor of nice restaurant al ritrovo .

I stayed here for a night when researching the area. There were a few groups in the hotel and I ate the same food as them. It was delicious. I spoke to a few of them and they were very happy. I loved this hotel! I loved the fact that it is a family run business and that all of them are there, including the grandparents and grandchildren. It had a lovely warm atmosphere.

I didn’t know fawlty towers existed until last week. What I thought would be simple basic room but turned out to be a room a cave man would run from. The simplest thing like taking a **** turned out to be a problem with the wall of the shower in the way of the shittter. My business partners rooms had serious hazardous faults like the roof panels falling down, another room which had an upstairs was virtually a sauna with chipboard dividing the upstairs with the other rooms. The next time I will be seeing this hotel will either in a murder documentary or a remake of the shining. If you want a challenge, stay here. Good Luck.

This hotel is a catastrophe. The window broke off its hinges in my room, leaving me vulnerable to attackers and intruders. The food was not very nice, only pasta available for dinner. The beds were as stiff as a rock, and it did a poor job at accommodating me and my 2 buddies. The hall section between the rooms was very open and spacious leaving much room for activities. The roof of my friends room fell down which could’ve caused serious harm. I was also attacked by Bigfoot in your hotel leaving me shell shocked and paranoid. I do not think I will be visiting again.

The room was nice, but it was basic. The view from the room was lovely. The food was a complete disaster. I stayed in the hotel for three nights. On the first night we were only able to choose from two different pasta dishes for a starter and some chicken and something else I don’t even know the name of. Those were the only options for food and if you didn’t eat that you didn’t eat at all. The pasta was not cooked properly and the sauce was clearly store bought and the chicken was not cooked properly either. On our second night we requested pizza and pasta instead of the undercooked chicken. We were served pizza and pasta but again, both items were store bought. On my third night I found a hair in my pasta and was later told that there was CATS in the kitchen. The breakfast wasn’t good either. You could choose from two cereals or a croissant. One person from the group I was with found a fly in their coffee. The staff were also quite rude, for example, we were in the lobby and the woman working at the counter asked us “what is your problem now?” We had to pay €9 to use the swimming pool for half an hour. Overall I wasn’t happy with this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel!!!

Personale gentilissimo, cura di ogni dettaglio, posizione eccezionale per raggiungere i parchi divertimento, all’ospedale e la meravigliosa Valpolicella. Eccezionale le degustazioni in cantina e ottimo trattamento anche per gli amici a quattro zampe ritornerò di sicuro

Prima hotel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers zijn ruim, met mooie badkamers met regendouche. Bedden zijn kingsize en matrassen zijn uitstekend. Ontbijt is voldoende en lekker. Genoeg keuze voor iedereen. Vooral de verse dolci zijn iedere ochtend een heerlijke start (vers gebakken). Zwembad is uitstekend onderhouden en schoon. Salvaggio is hele dag aanwezig. Parkeergarage is gratis te gebruiken en lekker koel! Helaas geen a la carye restaurant aanwezig, maar die zijn in Italië nooit ver weg. Genoeg keuze in de buurt!

Siamo venuti per pernottare per andare all’arena di Verona Mi piacerebbe mandarvi le foto che ho fatto della stanza! La testata del letto è appiccicata al muro con le graffe da imballaggio. La finestra non la apriamo per paura che entrino topi o altro, visto che si affaccia sui bidoni della spazzatura e su un vecchio decrepito e sporco stabile a due passi dall’albergo, inquietante anche solo da vedere Il bagno e’ in sintonia col resto. Posti come questo mi domando come hanno fatto ad avere le autorizzazioni all’esercizio
