The housekeeping is excellent . Mr Firoz was always ready to assist us. We felt at home, receiving the prompt and best treatment. Cleaning was always done perfectly to our satisfaction. Well done to Firoz and the rest of the team. Tunga will always be our preferred choice in Mumbai

We stayed at Regenza by Tunga on November 9, 2024, to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and spend a memorable weekend together. The experience was truly delightful. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was immaculately maintained. To our surprise, the hotel staff decorated our room beautifully for the occasion, and a cake was prepared for our anniversary celebration. Special thanks to Mr. Yogesh Amte for his creative towel art decorations, which added a unique touch. We’d also like to give a special mention to Duty Manager Mr. Atif, who made our stay seamless from check-in to check-out. The entire staff, including room service, were courteous and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was delicious, with an excellent buffet spread at both lunch and breakfast. My wife and kids were very happy, and overall, it was a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

very worst room service , room AC not working properly .. whole night we had cant able to sleep properly, even we have called so many times to duty manager but not response not even change the mine room.. i would suggest dont go to this hotel Tunga

The hotel is nice and good but the employees make it better, some of them I’d like to thank. Duty manager Mr Austin, he’s very good at his job, he’s kind, polite, considerate, friendly, very respectful and is the best, housekeeping staff Mr Firoz he has helped me out a lot, Mr Vivek. Some idk their names but are hard to forget for their polite behaviour, the doorman always smiling, the tall concierge *** with no moustache and the one who seems northeastern wears glasses both very polite and kind. Overall stay was nice and was made better by the staffs.
