After the exuberance and cacophony of downtown Nashville, it was good to be a short drive away in the relative peace of Green Hills. The hotel has a rather unusual layout with reception at street level, after which you drive up a ramp into a multi-level parking garage. You then park on the level corresponding to your hotel room floor and walk through the door to the corridor and your room. A convenient set-up, but just a bit boring going round and round the parking lot levels if you’re on a high floor as we were. The hotel is in a pretty good location with shops, restaurants and a mall close by. The rooms are standard with the mid-range quality that neither excites or disappoints. The included breakfast is standard and adequate, too: scrambled egg, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit, etc. The breakfast room was icy cold, thoug, perhaps to discourage any lingering for second helpings. We found the hotel to be perfectly acceptable for our one-night stay. As I said, there was nothing that excites and nothing that disappoints. It just served its purpose as a comfortable room and bed.

Our family is road-tripping from STL to VA for our son's lacrosse team. When I booked our hotel, it was only going to be our family of three. At the last minute, one of my son's teammates needed a ride. When we arrived, I realized I had not booked a room with enough beds. Vendy to the rescue!!!! She switched our room so that we could be accommodated without the need to book an additional room. I had the boys come down and thank her! Vendy didn't have to correct my error, but she did it with a smile. THANK YOU!!!!! The boys enjoyed the pool while I used the laundry facilities. The hotel was lovely and our room was spacious and clean. Having two bathrooms was a treat since we had to tween boys. I highly recommend this property.

Clean. New-ish. Great family hotel. Easy in and out, great location by Green Hills mall. Breakfast was very very good for a free hotel breakfast. My only suggestion would be to keep breakfast open later on the weekends. 9:30 am seemed a touch rushed.

Really nothing good here. Sleep quality bad, sounds echoing from parking garage across the street. Sounded like someone is using a jackhammer during the day. Breakfast is not good. And charging for parking at a residence inn? $30 a day, what an absolute joke. I will never choose this hotel again, plenty of other locations in Nashville to choose from. Walls are dirty, it’s new but doesn’t look new.

I am currently on the tail end of a cross country move from California, and found this hidden gem. As a Titanium Elite Marriott Bonvoy member who has visited many Residence Inn hotels over the years, I can honestly say that this was my absolute location by far. Zendy checked me in with true southern hospitality. She assisted me with a smile and genuine kindness and even made me laugh. In fact, we laughed each time we saw each other. Zayda, also at the front desk, was an absolutely sweetheart. She always welcomed with me with a huge smile and assisted me high maintenance requests with nothing less than professionalism and the quality customer service. I can honestly say that Zendy and Zayda made me feel like family! Next is Wendy, who puts out a truly tremendous breakfast each morning. One morning, I asked in passing if she had turkey sausage. She apologized that there was none that day, but promised to make me some the next day. Not only did she remember, but approached me with a hot plate of turkey sausage. What an incredible level of service! The gentleman working with her was also kind and friendly and talked to us every morning. I even got to meet GM, Nathan, who was very gracious in speaking with me. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Beautifully maintained location. I will definitely make this my go-to Marriott when In Nashville. Thank you all!

Thank you so much for welcoming our family of 35+ people! Such cleanliness! The staff was visible and helpful. We appreciated being able to gather here for our reunion. The large lobby and breakfast area were perfect places to reconnect with our family from Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, California and more. Wendy extended perfect hospitality to all of us with a perfectly set hot breakfast! (Thank you Wendy! You know i really loved your spinach quiche!) We hope to stay with you again when we return to visit our Nashville family.

I would give them 0 starts if I could. Hotel management is zero help, and some of the staff members are the seriously the rudest people I've ever dealt with ("I WILL not help you" while talking over me on the phone, for example). We booked an accessible room for my handicapped mother who cannot step into a tub. Just FYI - apparently, a "transfer shower" does not equate to anything beyond a tub. If you have someone similar in your party, you must specifically designate a "roll-in shower". We left 1 night into the 3-night stay because my mother couldn't take a shower at all - when we reached out to management (a Nathan Stephens) about the rudeness and lack of support, they offered zero compensation and did not even speak to the rudeness of their employees (oh, and misspelled my name in the response too! Stellar!). Seriously - go around the corner to the Courtyard Marriott - much better service, better rooms, BETTER MANAGEMENT. As a long-time local trying to show family a comfortable and good time - this is NOT the place to stay.

Stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2022. Have stayed at surrounding hotels without issue. This hotel had poor customer service. That said; Front desk staff was nice. The breakfast was excellently managed with staff that cared and kept it clean and stocked. Now the bad. Upon check-in I asked if the rooms Are automatically cleaned or if I needed to request. I was told I would need to request - so I did. Arrived in the room it was warm and noticed thermostat was restricted from going any lower than 68. Contacted front desk for additional pillows and a request to lower the minimum on the thermostat. They said they would work on having that done. Arrived back to the room late that night thermostat had not been adjusted nor had the pillows been delivered. Saturday morning. Headed down and had a great breakfast - already commented above. Stopped by front desk to request again the room be cleaned to make sure they put it on the list which each time I saw them write it down. I also asked for the pillows and for the air conditioner please be lowered as temperatures are starting to get hot in Nashville. Upon coming back to the room late Saturday night nothing had been done - room was a mess no towels no shampoo no soap, etc. Room was warm and uncomfortable. Stopped by the front desk they were very nice told me that I would need to talk to the general manager about the issues. They gave me the general managers card. I then returned to the room and wrote a detailed email to the general manager of which to this day four days later I have not heard back from that person. I have also called a couple different times and without a single response. My suggestion is that you stay at a different hotel in the surrounding area. I have stayed in others without issue and there are choices. Rather aggravated that I’ve heard nothing from the general manager. I paid over 300 a night for a miserable experience.
