Club Mahindra Hatgad

During our recent stay at the property, we had a booking through RCI and CM membership. We found the holiday experience to be extremely comfortable and relaxing. The entire team at CM Hatgad was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We would particularly like to acknowledge the Front Office Manager, Mr. Bharat, for assisting us in obtaining a 2-bedroom unit instead of 2 studios. The team, under his leadership, was outstandingly courteous and hospitable. The Happy Hub Manager, Mr. Sanjay Joshi, organized evening activities that were excellent and thoroughly enjoyable. The Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Ajay Parmar, and his team did an exceptional job in maintaining the property impeccably, especially considering the challenges posed by the rainy season. We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the staff, including Lisa, Maipal, Saurav, Jagdish,Lalit, sunil and Tang, who were extremely helpful and supportive. We express our thanks to the Hatgad team for their excellent hospitality, and we look forward to visiting again.

Our experience was amazing at Club Mahindra Hatgad Saputara, their hospitality was amazing, and welcomed us with a lovely cake and room decor for celebrating our anniversary! Looking forward to many such lovely experiences with Mahindra!

Food is very good. Need more fish items. Indrajit helped us a lot and prepared some very tasty soft drinks. Today the staff were very helpful and guided us for new items for dinner. The place of the resort is very good and the weather is so pleasant.

At Hathgad CM our experience is excellent, specifically Happy Hub especially Mr Sanjay joshi and his team at happy hub, Dipak response was good garden view good. Restaurants service was good room sevice housekeeping good location of resort is excellent

The rooms were very good and it was our 4th time at this same place. I celebrated my Mom and Dad 27th Anniversary . 2 years back also I celebrated their 25th Anniversary at hatgad itself . That time it wasn't planned. Everything was so sudden but the staff weren't rude at all for making them aware . Immediately within 1 day they decorated and even baked and decorated yummy cake . The hotel staff helped a lot for executing the plan . As per said they decorated the room beautifully . The food is the reason why we are most attracted to club mahindra hatgad . Not only Variety of cuisines but also tasty delicious food . Staff is very polite and helpful. The climate is the best . Happy hub is due to which all participate in it and enjoy some lovely moments with their near and dear ones and also some games make us involve with new people. This makes interaction with all who have gathered their and makes the game or fun show or karaoke or garba or etc. Very interesting. This is the reason why each and every individual communicates with other. I love club mahindra. It makes us feel relaxed. I will love to visit the same place again and again. That's why club mahindra destinations are our favorite place.

I'm quite surprised how this resort has been awarded Gold Crown. I wouldn't give even 2 stars. The bathroom smells like rotten fish and the toilet seat had dirty black patches. I have seen better public toilets. Yet, the staff did not change my room. I fell ill with food poisoning on 8th June and I had eaten only hotel food. In my last visit to this place too, I had food poisoning. My family frantically was arranging for medicines and holiday was ruined. On last day dinner, my son got an insect in his dessert. I have photos of the dirty toilet and insect laden dessert. Unfortunately I cannot give you sample of the dirty smell in bathroom.

Very good ambience Good polite and courteous staff Good Food and nice and clean rooms. Would like to visit here again though this is my third visit. Very peaceful and serene property. A must visit resort during winter seson . Also it is a good experience if you visit with your friends and family
