What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

Das Hotel ist gut, aber das Zimmer ist sehr klein und ohne angemessene Infrastruktur. Es gibt keinen Safe und der Kühlschrank ist sehr wenig. Ich habe den Auftrag, mein Zimmer innerhalb der Zeit der Hotelregelung, aber es wurde nicht durchgeführt. Frühstück ist großartig, mit Vielfalt und Qualität. Obwohl Sie informieren, dass es möglich ist, Kinder zu beherbergen, empfehle ich, zusätzliche Zimmer für das zu nehmen. Es gibt Shampoo, Qualitätskonditionierer, aber der Rass ist blind, um Barbe zu machen, empfehle ich, das zu nehmen. Im Allgemeinen ist es eine gute Erfahrung.

The hotel is next to the station which is convenient. Hotel staff is really friendly. Rooms are clean. The only problem was that our room wasn't warm enough, but the hotel staff sorted out this problem. Next time I visit Japan I will be staying in this hotel.

Zum ersten Mal kam ich auf dieser Station und suchte das Hotel in der Nähe. Ich dachte nicht, dass das Hotel im Bahnhof ist. Die rechten Seiten der Station sind, es ist, dass Sie nicht nach unten gehen müssen, von der Bahnhofsstation bis zum Hotelzimmer drei Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und der Aufenthalt ist sehr komfortabel. Ich werde später wieder gehen.

Kurz neben der Bahnhof und Busterminal, hervorragende Einrichtungen und gut ausgebildete und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, außer nicht sehr teuer.

It’s an older motel with front of house staff that have been working in the hospitality industry for a while. I arrived before the check in time (3pm ~), I was checked in just before 3pm which I didn’t expect. Courteous, friendly staff. Breakfast was included in the 2 night stay - it was a simple Japanese meal that was easy sustenance - free servings of rice and soup. The staff made it a homely atmosphere with constant attention to guests asking them if they wanted more of what was available. Room 720 faced the busy Highway but also had a great view that included sky tree. I could open the large single pane window and thought it was a unique point. Cleaning staff were mainly foreign, all young and polite also. They knocked on doors to ask if rubbish needed removing and rooms cleaned. I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant on 10F or the public bath and sauna - maybe next time. suggestions: (1) housekeeping: a quick dusting by cleaning staff (feather duster if not wet tissues) - the hotel is clean and even though it isn’t a 5 star hotel it makes a difference. The feather duster can easily reach corners of drawers and tables. Bathroom air filters can easily be cleaned with wet tissues. (2) room cards for cleaning- more specific than a don’t disturb card. it will save time for housekeepers as they knock on room doors to ask if rooms need to be cleaned. They can focus on cleaning and do a better job on a hotel that has been kept going for a while.

1. 도쿄 외각(동부쪽)인 미나미 후나바시&후나바시 케이바조 역 근처 위치 (나리타 국제공항에서 직행 코스 존재) 2. 시설: 코 앞 편의점 1개, 주변부 대형 마트같은 곳 있긴 함 / 숙소는 생각보다 깨끗하나, 투숙객 예약 시기가 텀이 있는지, 책상 & 주방(식기류, 커피 포트 등) 신경 안 쓰면 먼지 쌓이는 곳에는 전혀 청소가 되지 않은 것이 있음.(일회용품이 구비되어 있긴하나 종류가 많진 않음.) 3. 2번의 단점이 존재하나, 생각보다 아늑하며 성인 남성 3명이서도 충분히 있을 만함. (개인적으로 침대 매트리스가 단단해서 좋았음) 4. 디즈니랜드만 가는 일정이면 해당 숙소는 생각 외로 추천할 만한 곳임.

I used the self check in counters but the staff were very proactive and helped me with my check in. They speak very fluent English! Be mindful that parking must be reserved in advance, or you may park at the Times parking which takes 5 mins by walking. The hotel provided us with a JPY1000 voucher for parking at Times when we checked out, so the parking is basically free. The room was spacious enough for a small family. I’d definitely stay there again.

常駐了一週，離地鐵很近。但周圍吃飯地方不多，稍微遠一點會很熱鬧，有烤肉放題，還有很便宜的超市和二手店和小電器城。LALAPARK裏面也很好逛，建議多帶些現金，周圍好多店不支持微信和付款寶
