Ecumano Space

Riesiges Zimmer, makellos sauber, ruhige Straße. Einziger Nachteil war die unzureichende Nachttischbeleuchtung, bei der man nicht lesen konnte. Mehrere Fitnessräume und ein olympisches Schwimmbad vor Ort. Kontinentales Frühstück. Tolle Lage im historischen Zentrum in der Nähe von Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Das Personal ist erstklassig und ein besonderer Gruß geht an Claudio, der den Rucksack, den ich in unserem Taxi zum Bahnhof gelassen habe, aufgespürt und den Fahrer gebeten hat, ihn auszuliefern. Hätte erhebliche Probleme verursacht, da wir an diesem Tag nach Sizilien reisten. Nochmals vielen Dank, Claudio

Well located in the historic old city district of Naples and not far away from the famous street known as Spaccanopoli. It is within reasonable walking distance of many of the cities other landmarks too and has an excellent pizza restaurant only just around a corner some 50 metres away. This hotel is very pleasant to stay at. It is a pearl in this old part of the city, being elegant and modern inside. The rooms are nicely furnished, air conditioned and very comfortable, plus there is an Italian breakfast laid on. The hotel facilities are really good as there is both a gym and a large swimming pool on the premises. Also an added bonus is that there is an underground car park here that is connected to the hotel by a lift, so if you have a car you have no worries about parking it in the city. The staff at this hotel were very courteous and helpful and I would say that my overall impression is that Ecumano Space is much better than its three star rating, we were very happy with our short stay there.

A pig in lipstick is still a pig. Horrible hotel. There is absolutely NO AIR CIRCULATING - desk controls the air both temp AND it staying on. The room was hot & stale. Immediately went back to front desk & they pretended to fix it. Returned at almost 11 pm to a hot room. Over 30 min of up & down to end up with a fan because there are no individual controls. I have severe allergies & asthma - unacceptable. The dishonesty is even more infuriating. Room is basic & worn. Toikey seat is stained yellow/brown. Solo traveler, 3 threadbare, yellowed towels & the smallest bar of soap I’ve ever seen. Pillows are flat. Floor is stained, walls are scuffed. Finally, from a safety standpoint, it is an absolute no! Lobby & halls are completely dark. How can you not have overhead lights on in public areas? No keys - elevator is controlled with a code they give you as is your room lock. No secondary interior lock - anyone working at hotel has access to your code. Does not feel safe. Terrible experience- I’d give zero stars if I could

Great location, and our room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included but pretty basic. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for all of the sites of central Napoli, everything in the old city is within walking distance. It's always good to escape the very touristy centre and walk to the markets and streets that locals frequent.

We stayed for four nights here during our European holiday and the facilities and staff were excellent! Sonia from the front desk was extremely helpful in organising taxis and minding our bags while we explored the islands. The breakfast in the mornings was great, just what you need, and pretty healthy too, a boiled egg, cappuccino made by the barista and yogurts, fruit was perfect. The swimming pool was a bonus and I did use it a couple of times to swim laps which was refreshing during the heatwave we experienced. Modern and clean, and great location to historic part of Naples, will definitely use again.

we stayed one night next to noisy gym with difficult acces awful as the floors and walls were under renovation, the eskalator was to be found way back behind the swimming area and the roomkey digital not useful, so we had to ask for a real key running down to reception several times. The pool is not really for hotel guests it’s a school swim area you can only go to use if you buy a swimcab and shoes? The most terribly breakfast we ever had and this was in café outside the hotel - not easy to find and we were giving just sugarbread and coffee and one up of juice. Not continental or even american breakfast as we would expect from a 4 star hotel. this is not even a 3 star hotel at the moment. We met other hotelguests who also were very dissapointed with the breakfast. The reception only some help at arrival but most of the staff donnt speak English.

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff. Central location the hotel is nice and clean with spacious apartment room where we stayed as a family. Swimming pool good, though just 1 lane for guests. Everything needed was included in the stay, with great recommendations for local food. Highly recommended, and ignore the graphitti surroundings- most of Naples is like that.

Trascorsi tre giorni in una delle città più belle d'Italia... Napoli con i suoi colori schiamazzi e sapori.....per me forse la città più bella d'Italia. Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa struttura in pieno centro vicino praticamente a tutto comprese fermate metro,con parcheggio custodito annesso. Servizio impeccabile, personale serissimo non invadente ma al tempo stesso infinitamente simpatico. Noi abbiamo preso una stanza/appartamento che quando siamo entrati ci ha lasciato a bocca aperta!!!! Ampio pianonterra con bagno, cucina e soggiorno con letti più stupendo soppalco con letto bagno e cabina armadio aria condizionata e 2 TV....insomma struttura fantastica con piscina e palestra fruibile!!!! Una menzione particolare va fatta alla responsabile... Signora Lilly ... persona infinitamente gentile cortese e disponibile!!! E al barista più professionale dei baristi!!!!!!struttura da prendere assolutamente in considerazione!!!!!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans une chambre familiale. Contrairement à ce que nous pensions cet établissement n’a pas le standing d un hôtel. Il s agit en réalité de la piscine municipale et salle de sport dans laquelle se trouve quelques chambres. Les espaces sont bruyants, les chambres mal insonorisées et il y a des cours de natation dans le seul bassin. Les horaires de la piscine ne sont pas adaptés pour l hôtel mais pour les personnes venant prendre des cours d Aqua gym et natation. Le personnel est tout juste agréable et poli. Je vous déconseille de croiser le gardien de nuit qui ne vous adresse pas la parole, n est pas poli et courtois Cette personne devrait changer de métier. Le buffet du petit déjeuner reste médiocre pour ne pas dire nulle ( manque de choix, les yaourts ne sont pas conservées au frais , le jus d’orange est chimique, croissants secs,…. Et vous devez aimer la confiture à abricot sinon rien la sallen’est pas adaptée pour passer un moment agréable. Les tables sont installées dans le hall à côté de l entrée. Cet établissement mérite 2/5 juste pour son emplacement dans le centre historique et proche des magasins, bord de mer et restaurants.
