Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt! Wir lieben es, am Strand in den gut ausgestatteten Kabinen zu sein (liebte die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer!) und die Klimaanlage wurde geschätzt. Unsere Kinder im Alter von 5 und 8 lieben den Bounty-Pilz und den Strand. Wir haben nicht mit dem Kaffee fertig gemacht, aber wir lieben die Idee, so nah zu sein. Wir freuen uns auf unsere nächste Reise nach Napier Beach Top 10.

Service-Hotel-Apartment, strategische Lage, im Geschäftszentrum gelegen, bequem zum Einkaufen, Essen und Unterhaltung. Ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, offene Küche, Klimaanlage, elektrischer Ventilator, Internet-TV. Die sanitären Verhältnisse sind gut, der Einrichtungsstil eher alt, die Eingangsgänge sind schmal, die Matratzen weich und die unteren Stockwerke haben keine Kulissen. Der Service an der Rezeption ist begeistert. Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein Leseraum, in dem Sie sich ausruhen können. Abends gibt es keine Rezeption. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze neben dem Hotel kosten 1 USD pro Stunde oder 5 USD pro Tag.

Well this is a first!! The first terrible review we have ever written! We had a confirmed booking a year ago at this Motel through *********** for a concert and had put all our plans in place to get away, including travelling some distance to get there. We suddenly received a cancellation notice from this Motel via *********** for no reason and just a few weeks before the concert. This weekend was v popular and there are no other options for accomodation at such short notice. After repeated attempts to call the Motel, messages and emails left unanswered and *********** confirming the booking was cancelled by the Motel, we can only assume that they have resold our room for a higher price and put money well above any commitment to customers or service. By far the worst experience we have had of lack of communication, unprofessionalism and a lack of respect from a hospitality business in NZ. An extremely disappointing and frustrating experience from an accomodation provider who doesn’t seem to care.

This older but well-maintained property is ideally located in Napier. It is within walking distance of the old downtown and a number of very good restaurants; it also faces Hawke's Bay (some rooms probably have an ocean view). It was surprisingly quiet despite being on the main street by the water. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good kitchenette that we used daily for breakfast. The room was little quirky, in a fun way. The bedroom included a giant bathtub that reminded me of something from a honeymoon suite in the Pocono Mountains. There was also a separate bathroom that included a shower. For wine lovers, the motel is a short drive from the greatest concentration of high end cellar doors (tasting rooms) in Hawke's Bay. This facility met our needs well.

I booked a whole cabin for myself. There was a double bed and 4 bunk beds connected to a bathroom and kitchen/living room. There was a picnic table outside on the verandah and a car space just outside. The kitchen is well provided for with oven and gas hobs. There's toaster, kettle, fridge etc. ... I only boiled some eggs! It would be comfortable for a family in good weather and there were BBQs on site. Slept well but limited space for clothes if 6 people on site. There is a restaurant on site ... ”The Storkey” ... but I did not use. Easy to find shops a mile down the road.

We had a difficult start to our 2 night stay. We arrived at 11.30am after our flight to find the door locked. After using the after hour button the door open & we waited 10 minutes before the lovely house keeper helped us to store our luggage. Reception opens at 12 noon, a note on the reception desk would help to inform guests. We had a great size room which included a very comfortable 2 seater recliner & a desk with a chair! A comfortable king size bed & a great shower. The aircon system is unusual where it is connected to the room above & below your room, the first night the aircon turned off & we couldn't get it to turn back on, the second night was fine. The hotel is on a busy road but it is quiet at night. It is a ten minute walk to anywhere, supermarket, take away, beach & shopping.

Was für ein fantastisches Motel! Wenn freundliche Service, sauber und ein willkommenes Lächeln oben auf Ihrer Liste ist, dann ist das der Ort für Sie. Über unseren 4-Tage-Aufenthalt haben wir das Pool-Bereich, die Außenstühle (nur außerhalb unserer Einheit) verwendet. Wir schätzten die Milch, die Palette von Teen, den Kaffee und die Xmas-Behandlungen, die für uns ausgelassen ...Einer von uns ist teilweise zu essen riesige Mengen Schokolade! Danke für das Reinigungsteam, das alles aufgestellt und die Handtücher ersetzt.

Das Hotel wurde mit Nachdruck auf die Standards des 21. Jahrhunderts aktualisiert, ohne dass es einen der Zeiten des Charme verliert. Wir blieben in einem Queen Room, das kompakt war, aber alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt hatten. Komfortable Bett, gute Kuchen und frisches Linen. Tee- und Kaffeemittel. Mugs und schöne blaue Teebecher im Einklang mit der Ära. Eisen und Eisenbrett. Das Badezimmer war eng, aber hatte gute Beleuchtung für Make-up-Anwendung und gute Wasserdruck. Essen im Restaurant zweimal und waren mit unseren Mahlzeiten zufrieden. 10% Rabatt, da wir Hotelgäste waren. Vorsichtsservice von unserem Wartepersonal. Parkplatz ist offsite, aber das Personal an der Rezeption war mehr als froh, unsere Taschen im Gepäckraum zu lagern, während wir unser Auto sammelten. Parkplatz $15:00 pro Nacht. Keine Fragen beim Ein- oder Auschecken. Zentrale Lage. Ich empfehle es.

Beautiful place to stay considering it was 280 per night which full amount was paid before i got ther. After travelling all afternoon I feel i was racially profiled when checking in and had a 200 dollar bond put on my visa which isn't mentioned anywhere on the booking information so felt very BLINDSIDED and uncomfortable.

GGuest UserMeine Suite am Hafenblick war nur das, was ich brauchte. Mit schöner Aussicht und sehr vernünftigem Zimmer fühle ich mich jetzt frisch. Das Spabad und die Hochdrucksuche waren großartig. Das Zimmer kommt mit voller Sky-TV und Outdoor-Möbel für den Balkon. Das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft unspottbar. Während das Gebäude veraltet ist, sah ich heute zwei Vertragspartner malen, so dass ich den Eindruck habe, der Besitzer arbeitet an der Aktualisierung und Verbesserung dieses, was großartig zu sehen ist. Interessant, ich habe dieses Motel gewählt, weil das Zimmer einen großen Preis war. Ich hoffe normalerweise, etwas falsch zu sehen, wenn das passiert, aber ich war angenehmen überrascht. Danke Harbourview für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

MMeander06553072721My little unit had everything you could possibly need, a comfortable bed with soft pillows, aircon to keep you warm on chilly mornings and evenings, tea, coffee and hot chocolate, all the normal kitchen basics and wine glasses! Essential! But what stood out for me the most, is that my unit was hands down the cleanest motel or hotel room I have ever stayed in.. and flying for a living, I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels around the world! I’d usually return from visiting family in Taradale sometime during the afternoon and was able to enjoy a cup of tea with the little French door open and enjoy the last of the afternoon sun I’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

LLINGLINGSehr sauber und ordentlich, wir haben das Erdgeschoss bestellt, die Rezeption hat uns in den 3. Stock hochgestuft, sehr ruhig. Vom Balkon kann man das Meer sehen, es gibt Brathähnchen und Izakaya gegenüber dem Hotel, Lob! ! Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze und Freunde, die mit dem Auto fahren, können diesen Ort wählen. Die Lage ist großartig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Härte war mäßig. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt~

Ich kann jedem, der zu Napier kommen will, versichern, wir hatten eine gute Erfahrung, in diesem Hotel in allen Aspekten zu bleiben, sauber, Lage in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Abrechnen und Pack n sparen nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Strand ist nur 7 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Sushi Shop nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Alles, was Sie wollen, ist in der Nähe. Sie werden gerne in diesem Hotel bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal ist super auf Ihre Anforderungen achten. Alle schlechten Bewertungen, die ich sagen kann, scheinen irrelevant. Keine von ihnen haben wir hier gefährdet.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer war sehr sauber, aber hatte ein wenig Rauchen und Dampfgerüche. Es gibt große Jacuzzi im Zimmer ohne Tür, die am besten für Hochzeitspaar glaubt, aber für Familie ist nicht geeignet. Außen sieht ein wenig runter. Andernfalls ist es gut für nur eine Nacht des Aufenthalts.

Really surprised by the recent negative reviews for this motel, as we had a good experience, albeit we only stayed for one night so didn't have long to appreciate it and didn't need to use the kitchenette. We arrived at 1215 and were very grateful to find that our 1st floor ocean front room with spa bath was available, well before the stipulated check in time, as we were booked to be picked up by the Grape Escapes Vineyard Tour 15 mins later and had anticipated only being able to leave the car there. When we got back to the motel early evening we used the washer and dryer facilities and also enjoyed the lovely spa bath at the back of the room which felt like a real treat. The room itself was nicely decorated and spacious. We then headed out for dinner and managed to get a late table at the very nice Hunger Monger restaurant, which is about 15mins walk into the town. We walked into town again first thing in the morning and enjoyed breakfast at the Albion Canteen and had a quick look around town at the art deco buildings. With what little time we had we enjoyed the ocean view from the hotel. The beach is stony so not really one to sit on. The hotel has its own car park via a driveway that goes through to the back, and is also accessible from the parallel road behind. The roads are very quiet at night so no issues there. We enjoyed our short but sweet stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel, although as it was part of a month's touring package I don't know what the rate was that we paid.

Stayed for one night while touring North Island. We arrived quite late, but the receptionist was friendly, and helped getting our bags to our upstairs room. We managed to find at the last parking spot to squeeze in our little rental car. The room & bathroom were perfectly adequate and comfortable. Location is right on the seafront, and within a few mins walk of the interesting Art Deco buildings in Napier. The hotel has a restaurant serving buffet breakfasts. Choice of Continental or Cooked. Not the greatest Gourmet experience, but perfectly acceptable, and poplar with families with kids.

GGuest UserNot too impressed with this place. The lobby is so small that when a large group arrives, as we did, we couldn't all get in the door with our lugguge. Even when you're on your own, the two lifts are so close to the front door, that the automatic doors keep opening & closing whilst you wait. Ridiculous. The Dining Room only has one small toaster for the whole of breakfast service, resulting in long queues & long waits. My room was large & comfortable, but the bathroom tiny. The location of the hotel is good, with many rooms having a sea-view (through the Nordic pines) and it's close to downtown with its pubs & bars. OK for one night.

JJenzellieErstens und nur Platz hätten wir auf unserem Motorradurlaub rund um die Insel Nord reserviert. Großer Parkplatz für die Fahrräder in einer privaten Lage. Service war sehr gut, Zimmer waren sauber, aber datiert. Ein Bier oder 2 auf der Website haben war ein zusätzlicher Plus für uns. Das Essen war hervorragend! Der einzige Abstand ist die Layout des Ortes. Ziehen Sie es für schrecklich und wollen gehen, nicht wissen, die Unterkunft ist aus der Rückseite. Kann es mit dem neuen Straßenlayout zu tun? Glücklich, dass wir hier aber geblieben sind.Es war großartig, meine begrenzte Tagalog und Bisaya zu praktizieren! Nalingaw kami sa unter pagpuyo. Salamat.

GGuest UserGood value motel right on the beachfront of the resort. Rooms are a bit dated, but they are large, clean, and have all amenities you require. There is a separate living room area bedroom and bathroom, ours also had the added bonus of a very large spa bath. We found them to be very quiet. They were short of staff during our visit, so there no servicing of the rooms, but on request, they did provide clean towels, etc. Overall a good choice for a visit to Napier.
