Room was very clean, had a mini fridge and microwave which we did not expect to have and the staff are very nice. Issues started before even pulling into the parking lot, we were not able to check in via the app like we were supposed to be able to do, something we wanted to do since it was late, we just wanted to go to sleep. The TV remote was missing from the room entirely and the staff were very helpful in finding and bringing us a replacement which was nice. The secondary lock feature on the door was coming off because the screws were insanely loose, which is one of many reasons why I recommend buying added hotel locks from amazon, so wherever you travel you can up your security. The heat was on in the room and no matter what we did, it refused to lower in temperature so none of us had a good sleep. When we woke up, we saw that the windowsill was flooded with water, condensation covered the whole glass, and there was water all over the floor below it. The breakfast was the usual you would expect from a hotel, so no complaints there really. Overall, the technological advancements they are trying to offer here, aren't working, and it's only this one location that has all these troubles according to the google reviews. The friendly staff and cleanliness are enough to stay here again, especially if this location is super convenient for you, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend this location.
