Overall the hotel was good. The room allotted was small and without any window and nothing so it felt congested. Rest it was all good

Receiving is not good. I am not satisfied. I think the counter staff decided that every customer is not the same. Some customers are given respect, and some customers are not. A customer is a customer, whether low or high; it does not matter. Everyone should be given respect.

The reception staff is not responsive and they don't care the customer is waiting.
Also the room key was handed to me and asked me to take care of myself. No hotel staff came for help.
property and bar is good, but staff responsiblity is pathetic. Breakfast is totally waste for the tariff paid.

Location is in centre of the city and convenient to all destinations. Complimentary breakfast was unlimited and hygienic. Amenities in side room and hotel were very much helpful. Prompt service and humble behaviour of staff gives much satisfaction during the stay. Wish the management to continue and keep improving the service standards.
