If I can give would have given zero star to hotel,their staff and their services. Guys this is not hotel instead it is lodge, very cleverly using name of renowned hotel in Nainital. If you are travelling with family not at all recommended. Giving Few points from my personal experience:: 1. They don't have permanent fans in the room,if you ask for the same they suggest you that it would not be required at night but trust me without fan you can't sleep at night and you can't open the window as many insects can come in the room which was happened with me. I asked for 2 fans as there was so much humid in the room and after atleast 7 calls they provided the same. 2. Starting with the most important point which happened to me,my wife and 4 year old kid. electricity gone Late night around 1.15am in all hotel rooms,intercom was not working. Inverter/generator not started automatically and receptionist guy was not picking up the call on mobile(i asked his number in case of any suggestion would be required for sightseeing at Nainital). I came down the stairs and wake him up, he started the transformer/inverter after which electricity came back and i went to the room but then i got to know that fan is not working in the room only 1 single light is working on backup. I again came down to check for fan the guy told me sir fan is not working in any room as there is some transformer issue and they are having the different phase of electricity as there was no electricity cut in other hotels. I complained to cleartrip but no solution was provided to me neither but cleartrip nor by the hotel official. I called the owner of hotel as well but no support from his as well. My 4 year old son was not able to sleep then after getting frustrated i called 100(at 2:44 a.m) and complained to them then around 3:09 am the hotel official solved my issue and fan was started which could have been done earlier but they denied. In the morning at breakfast table i got to know from some guest that fans were working in their room and there was no fan in some guests room. Attaching screen shot of videos(unable to attach video) and screen shot call done and fan installation at midnight. 3. Pathetic service, you have to call reception again and again for a small thing. Staff is very unprofessional and rude. For example:: if you want a water bottle you have to call them twice or thrice and in follow up calls they would ask you to keep patience. 4. No parking space,either you have to park car on road or only 2-3 cars can be parked on main entrance slope at owners risk and that too without proper cctv footage as bumper of my car was damaged in parking and as per them that was not hit in the parking.(screen shot attached) 5. Room condition was not good at all(refer my pics).
