We made a reservation 7 months in advance with the stipulation that we could get a top-floor room. Upon arrival, the very-rude front desk clerk said they didn't have a top-floor room for us. As I tried explain the conditions of my reservation, that very-rude front desk clerk told me to stop raising my voice (I wasn't), and said I was being "nasty." We had planned to stay 3 nights, but left immediately. The angels were looking out for me that day, because for some reason my perfectly-good credit card was declined, and I quickly got it replaced so they couldn't charge me. There was a man in line in front of us complaining bitterly about multiple issues, and when he came out, he said to us "DON'T MAKE A PAYMENT."
