Ich war kürzlich im Oakwood Hotel Batam und hatte eine gemischte Erfahrung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, es ist bequem, die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Bett war bequem, aber das Zimmer selbst war ziemlich klein, mit einem offenen Schrank, der nicht allen gefällt.
Frühstück war ein Highlightther war eine gute Auswahl an Optionen, und die Qualität war beeindruckend. Ein weiteres Plus ist, dass keine Einzahlung während der Eincheckung erforderlich war.
Die Klimaanlage war jedoch ein großer Nachteil. Es war nicht kalt genug, und selbst nachdem ein Techniker gebeten hatte (der 30 Minuten ankam), war das Problem nicht gelöst. Unsere erste Nacht war unkomfortabler warm, was es schwer zu schlafen machte. Glücklicherweise regnete es am zweiten Tag, was das Zimmer natürlich kühlte.
Ich war in Zimmer 803, die einen bequemen Zugang zum Pool und zum Frühstücksbuffet hatten. Wenn Sie jedoch ein kaltes Zimmer und Liebe mit einem Duvet bevorzugen, würde ich empfehlen, dieses Zimmer zu vermeiden.
Eine weitere unerfreuliche Erfahrung war während der Auscheckung. Ich bemerkte einen fehlenden Geruch, ähnlich einem Sonnenbäume, in der Nähe des Aufzugs und im ersten Stock. Es war ziemlich off-puting, als ich das Hotel verließ.
Das Oakwood Hotel Batam hat insgesamt einige große Aspekte, aber das Klimaanlage-Problem und der unbehagliche Geruch beim Auschecken haben einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Wenn diese Fragen behandelt werden, könnte es ein viel besserer Aufenthalt sein.

the service by the staffs is good. the staffs are friendly. my experiences is marred by someone smoking in the hotel floor and room. I have smell that someone smoke at the level such that the smoking smell is very strong in the corridor even though there are sign to says no smoking and you have to acknowledge that you will be fined for smoking in the hotel. Can even smell the someone smoking while in the room and believe the smell comes in via the vent in the bathroom. Due to the long weekend, hence the hotel is fully booked and the staffs struggle to replenish the food for breakfast. but i dont deny the fact that the location is amazing.

I had a great stay and good night sleep , good location with many eateries, massage centre and spa , money changer, walking distance to Nagoya hill mall and the breakfast is widely spread although the western selection is limited, they provide basic amenities such as slippers, toothbrush , shampoo and soap , water bottle and hairdryer, also has deposit box even small fridge, good value for money if you are on budget, I will definitely comeback and book again in the next visit and will recommend this hotel .

We were recommended to your hotel by my wife's nephew who was a guest at your hotel with his family. The location is excellent especially for shopping at the Grand Batam mall. We found your staff very polite and always helpful. This applied to all the staff we interacted with from the door man to the staff at check in and check out to & the staff at breakfast. There was one particular person at concierge (a rather tall, slim fair looking gentlemen) who was particularly helpful and always with a smile. We were hoping to see him today to make sure we get his name but unfortunately he was not on duty today.
We were hoping to use the gym and pool today but ran out of time. The gym and the pool looked well maintained and clean. We had a massage last night and they were excellent.
We found boiling a kettle took a long time but I presume it is due to poor infrastructure on the island. The island could certainly do with more invested in the infrastructure and roads/traffic to encourage more visitors.

Das Hotelzimmer war schön und sauber. Wärme Dusche und Aircon funktioniert wie es sollte. Fernseher hat viele Kanäle zu sehen, wenn es nötig ist. Window-Ansicht in der Lage, Singapur MBS am klaren Morgen zu sehen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet im Hotel war gut. Es scheint täglich zu ändern. Das Aircon im Lobby und das Buffet Restaurant ein bisschen auf der kalten Seite. Vielleicht aufgrund des regnenden Wetters auf unserem Besuch.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hana Hotel! Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich. Our stay for 2 nights is very nice ,we are very happy with the services and the location is great too . It’s just opposite Nagoya food court easy to find food there.Hotel wise it’s a bit old but ok to stay for a short time.Breakfast is good the menu changes every day. Overall it’s pretty good.

Ppillows n teaEverything is just right, the price, location,spacious room and bfast is amazing (except lontong sayur. .lontong is good..but the soup..too salty n too much water...pls fix it ^^ ( should be curious when the qty is still a lot whilst the other menus r kept being refills ), cleanliness 👍however the access card is killing..ONLY ONE, we travelled as family.. so when one of us was out of room at night or breakfast whatever..one of us has to standby.. couldn't sleep at time, and rush our time in bathroom or toilet to open the door for our fam member. Not efficient at all.. eventhough I was willing to put deposit for additional card, the front desk rejected bcos of d house rule.

Cchan jian liangDer Eincheck war schnell, mit 10min Sie werden in Ihr Zimmer. Verstanden, um ihre Frühstücksausgabe für 3 Tage zu versuchen. Jeden Tag wird eine leichte Änderung im Menü. Zimmer ist sauber und kalt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral auf die ganze Mall und 10 Minuten von der Hafenbau entfernt. Wird zurückkommen und wieder besuchen.

NNoura UlfahAlles ist gut, außer dass es ein Problem mit dem Zimmertürschließfach gibt. Wir riefen den Empfangsmann an und 2 der Hotelpersonal kamen innerhalb von 5 Minuten, um die Türschließung am Ort zu reparieren. Es ist nicht unser erstes Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Room furnishing looks a bit outdated, tattered day curtains, loose switch, crackling telephone set.. however, it was compensated with good water pressure in the two bathrooms and the whole apartment's air-conditioning is very cooling. The swimming pool is good. May consider giving this apartment another try next time.

MMaurice@707The location of the hotel is good with many amenities and eateries around.. it’s very near to Nagoya Shopping mall. The hotel’s breakfast needs improvement. Varieties are little and some are cold.
It’s kinda noisy in the morning if you stay at low level. Around 8am, it’s kinda busy and noisy downstairs. It may disturb your sleep in the morning.. or even the rest of the day.. Overall, the stay is still quite ok.not a super good one but still acceptable with the amount paid.

The staff are all so helpful, cheerful, the front desk staff are so helpful and cheerful too as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. It make the customer so welcome. However the towel must change it kind of dirty n black already but overall with the good attitude n happy spirit from the staff it make the guests stay enjoyable n happy.

Die Zimmer waren durchschnittlich, aber ausreichend, und die Reinigung war bis zu Standard. Obwohl das Fehlen eines Haartrockners im Zimmer eine geringfügige Belastung war, die freundliche und professionelle Mitarbeiter mehr als für sie gebildet. Sie waren sehr bequem, sogar für uns, uns frühzeitig ohne zusätzliche Gebühren zu überprüfen, was sehr geschätzt wurde.

Gemischte Gefühle, weil es in Batam ziemlich zentraler Lage und eindeutig eine der billigeren Optionen verfügbar.
Der Fitnessraum ist ziemlich gut, viele verschiedene Maschinen und sauber.
Badezeit lang aus der Wartung und ruhig klein wie auch immer.
Die AC ist sehr laut, aber funktioniert gut.
Zimmer geräumig, aber Teppich usw. sind alt und geben nicht eine sehr saubere Vibe.
Die meisten Bereiche des Hotels sind ziemlich dim Licht, zu den alten Vibes hinzufügen.
