Nice hotel close to Nagano station, friendly staff, clean room. Just the wifi was slow and there's no fan in the bathroom. But overall would stay again.

I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking one, so I was a bit worried. However, when I got to the hotel, they were fully booked for non-smoking rooms. To my surprise, the smoking room wasn't bad at all! I could barely smell any smoke inside. The floor had a slight smoky scent, but honestly, it didn't bother me. The room was very clean, even by Japanese standards, and had everything I needed. The room was actually a bit bigger than other similar business hotels I've stayed in. The location was perfect, right across from Nagano station. And I got a great deal! If I can find the same rate again, I'd definitely stay here.

Great location, right next to the Nagano station. Super helpful staff! They spoke English and stored our luggage for us after check-out since we wanted to see the Snow Monkey Park before leaving Nagano.
