I have a worst experience at this kingstons residency. They are the best frauds who make money by increasing the traffic as per there wishes whether is there surge in the demand for rooms in the weekend or weekdays. The rooms are not upto mark with hygienic, and hospitallity. There are no cancellation facilities or postponement. If have try to do then the money is gone in there pocket if pay in advance and request for slight change in room booking. I have very worst experience, they don't keep the word they simply bluff people attracting them by with low tariffs. They just forced us ( customer ) to pay the extra money after the dates with their concent. If they know that you are going to stay there for long then there tarrif increases. They don't leave you until pay the money in advance. I request not fall prey for such talks by the staff of this Hotel including the owner, who never appears there in-person but he just speaks over the subordinates phone for any issue, without resolving the issue. Just disregarding the customer. Overall a hopeless condition one will have to face if they stay there.
