Excellent experience. Good behaviour from the staff. Food was good. Hot water not running. But overall i will advice to stay here.

Manager was very rude. Restaurant staffs were also careless. They served salad to guests who came before and after us. But when we requested, they said there is no salad. There were other items being served to other guests but when we asked, they bluntly said its not there. Not sure what was there agenda. The lift's gate does not lock automatically. When we returned to hotel after full day visit in murshidabad, the manager asked me to go to 2nd floor and close the door. Not sure how are they treating other guests.

Room was allotted in ground floor. Dirtiest washroom, Cockroaches were entering from adjacent room. Never suggest this property. Food was also not hygiene and tasty. It was a nightmare to us. Really disappointed. Even geyser was not working and we depended on the worker to get 2 buckets hot water.

Hotel manager and hotel proprietors are very impolite & they try to snatch money anyhow, room service is very very slow, good quality is not at all good, rooms are unclean, didn't change bed sheet,

The hotel is good but the deal as settled with mm t during booking is much more than the actual rate.

Too much cold air coming from window but window is closed with curtain till gap is there need provide portable heater provide winter time blanket does not have cover so you can not wash blanket when your guest left for new traveler you are giving same blanket no cover so i take my own blanket from my home for travel purpose very unhygienic

The staff were polite. Generally, helpful but the response times were slow as the number of guests in the hotel seemed to be more than usual when we visited. Food was good. So were the room furnishings. Would bot hesitate to stay here again.
