Good place for a short staycation. I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and clean. I also enjoyed the amenities like the pool. The location is awesome, Molito Mall is just in front. Few things that could be better. There is only two small elevators servicing the entire building. I can imagine it could cause some issues if the hotel was fully booked, luckily I dont think the hotel was full during our stay. The phone in the room was not working, so it will be harder to contact house keeping or the hotel lobby. They are also serving snacks at the pool area. This might be something new because when I asked their staff what can they recommend, they are not that familiar with the menu items. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and will surely come back.

This was my 3rd stay at the Somerset and it didn't disappoint. In terms of strengths there are a few areas that stand out. 1) Service - The staff are fantastic. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Nothing is too difficult, and I have never encountered anyone whose attitude was less than A+. I was last here 6 years ago and several staff members even remembered me. A special mention to Ross, who is one of the most impressive people I have come across working in a hotel. He is so kind and constantly goes out of his way to improve the experience of the hotel guests. In a place where the standard of service is already so high, it's incredible that he still stands out. The Somerset is so lucky to have him, and I hope that is recognised by management. Also, a special thanks to our housekeeper Ralph. He was so thorough and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. In general, the standard of housekeeping I have had at the Somerset is the best I have experienced. 2) Pool & Gym - The pool is absolutely beautiful. Great place to chill. Infinity style with a good mix of sun and shade. Heaps of sunbeds and days beds. Long enough to do laps if you want and not that busy. The gym is the best I have seen at a hotel. As someone who regularly works out it exceeded my expectations. Most hotel gyms are pretty rubbish, but this one is close to fully equipped. 3) Location - Great spot only 5 minutes' walk from shopping centers and restaurants. No need to take public transport if you stay here. Despite being so central it is pretty calm and quiet, particularly by Manilla standards. 4) Rooms - We stayed in the one bedroom. It was clean, spacious and modern with everything you need for a short-, medium-, or long-term stay. 5) Restaurant - The Onsite restaurant is really good and is actually catered by the chef who operates another very well-known restaurant nearby. We ate here 3 times and found the food both high quality and good value. A big improvement from when I last stayed here 6 years ago. The hotel doesn't have any real weaknesses but there is one opportunity I'd like to highlight that would have brought my experience to the next level. Food Allergy Labelling - I suffer from several food allergies. In western countries most restaurant menus are labelled so people know which food contains different allergens (gluten, dairy, vegan ect). The Philippines in general is terrible for this and having to check and recheck this stuff with restaurant staff is honestly the most stressful part of travelling for me. Considering how many of the hotel's guests are westerners it would be great if the restaurant could add these labels to their menu. Food allergies are very common. It would be easy for the restaurant to do and make a big difference for guests like me. Overall, I had a great stay. Thanks again Somerset Alabang and see you next time.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, als wir erst angekommen waren. Es gab Banner für den Geburtstag meiner Frau sowie ein Kuchenschnitt, der wirklich süß war. Obwohl das Zimmer geräuchert von Teppich, das verständlich ist, weil der Boden mit ihm geleitet wurde. Ich wünschte, es gab Luftfrischmücken, um das Zimmer besser zu riechen. Wir hatten einen Poolblick, aber leider wegen der jüngsten Typhons war es nicht zugänglich. Das Bett und die Kissen waren komfortabel und das Beste ist, dass die Zimmer Klimaanlage ordnungsgemäß funktioniert!  Das Frühstücksbuffet war durchschnittlich in Bezug auf Geschmack. Nichts Besonderes. Das Personal war freundlich, aber ich kann nicht wirklich große Lächeln und Gastfreundschaften sehen Ich war gewöhnt an andere Hotels.  Sicherheitsbeamte sind sehr freundlich und untergebracht.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber. Sehr komfortabel und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Sie gaben uns auch einen kostenlosen Kuchen und Grüße zu meiner Geburtstagsfeier. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

I had a wonderful stay at Vivere Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options that really hit the spot. I also had a great night's sleep—the bed was super comfortable, and the room was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

Ich habe bereits zweimal beim B Hotel angemeldet und kürzlich haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier für unseren Geburtstag gebucht, ich kann nur sagen, dass sie nie enttäuscht, uns zu empfinden willkommen ☺️ Ich muss sagen, es war eine absolute Freude. Wir wurden von der Wächterin, den Rezeptoren und dem Hausbetreuungspersonal herzlich begrüßt, die überall in unserem Aufenthalt unglaublich hilfreich und aufmerksam waren. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, elegant und sehr gut gestaltet und macht mich wie im höchsten Objekt zu fühlen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig und unverschämt sauber, mit einem komfortablen Bett und allen Einrichtungen, die ich während meines Aufenthalts benötigt hatte. Ich möchte Renz danken, der die Zeit in diesem Zimmer betreut, um mich zu fragen, was ich brauche und alle meine Anfragen zu stellen. Ich möchte auch die Rezeptoren Madz, Tin, Pau und Abbi loben, die sichergestellt haben, dass unser Aufenthalt reibungslos ist und alle unsere Anfragen befolgt wurden. Sie bieten uns auch Shuttle, die ist zu gegebener Zeit, wenn wir um eine Abholung und Abschaltung bitten. Selbst ihre Concierge TJ, wenn ich es richtig erinnere, ist er sehr nett und rechtzeitig während unseres Services. Danke B Hotel alabang!!!! Wir werden sicher zurück sein ☺️❤️

Das Zimmer ist nicht geräumig. Park nicht verfügbar. Kein Kessel für heißes Wasser (Trinken) im Zimmer. Sehr begrenzte Auswahl für Lebensmittel. Der Hotelpreis rechtfertigt die Ausstattung nicht. Zumindest die Crew hat den Telefonladener bereitgestellt, so ich gebe ihnen 4 für den Service.
