"Just had a winter stay at Wildwood. Great value considering as a couple we booked 1 room and had the whole place to ourselves. Cheaper than staying in some of the tents nearby that we saw! Close enough to town, right next to several wineries and surrounded by a beautiful landscape and wildlife. Comfy and warm inside with great art and wifi. Will be coming back next time."

"Lovely and peaceful despite not being quite as secluded as we imagined… the cottages are VERY close together. In saying that, we were there over a busy weekend and surprisingly didn’t run into many other guests. The Barrenjoey cottage was comfortable with a king bed in one room and a queen in the other (both with warm, comfortable linen) as well as a corner lounge. The outdoor furniture had seen better days though. The kitchen, while very dated, was well stocked with salt, pepper, oils etc as well as tea & coffee facilities. We could have used more bin bags as we ended up having to buy some. The bathroom was very modern & clean. A beautiful property that is very well maintained."

"First impression as we entered the apartment -absolutely spotless. Not sure who cleans the apartment but they should be given 5 stars, and thank you for doing such an excellent job. Beautiful layout with electric fire (with or without heat, choice is yours) creating a wonderful cosy atmosphere in the evenings. I read the reviews on trip advisor before booking this property and they were all excellent. I totally agree with all previous reviews, and can categorically state that I very much doubt anyone could find any faults with this accommodation. We will certainly be staying here again next time we visit Mudgee. Thank you for a fabulous stay."
