Days Inn by Wyndham Mountain View

It was a pretty nice room and it was clean but there was no breakfast, it wasn’t spotless, and we had a little trouble checking in. The room was very affordable though and we slept very well so it was worth the stay.

(Badly)Patched wallpaper and ceilings, mold around tub, hairball in tub drain so it wouldn't drain ( I had to remove it), no tub grab bar, no electrical outlets in room to recharge phone, door lock inoperative, carpet needs to be vacuumed, nasty brown spot on towel, bath vanity tiny (no place to put essentials), no tv channel guide, poor picture quality on tv, no phone in room to call front desk, no clock, AC compressor shut off with a loud "clunk" throughout the night, breakfast consisted of choice between frosted flakes, ONE piece of bread, or ONE english muffin, WIFI didn't work. First and last time to stay at a Days Inn.

Sheetrock falling apart, shower held together with screws. We never took our shoes off because the carpet was awful. "Breakfast" was 2 apples, 7 pieces of toast, oatmeal packs, and dry cereal. At checkin the lady said her night was not going good and she was not in a good mood. At checkout the woman was efficient then quickly went to the back and started cussing about someone. Dreary, dingy, depressing and dirty place. I cannot recommend this place and will not stay there again

We we got there we noticed the pool in fact does not work and was told it hasn't been open in years. Then when we got to our room we opened the door and it had this funny smell like chemicals like bleach, ammonia, and mildew smell mixed with mold and something dead. there were also flies in the room, no trim in the room and also there were not trash bags in the trash cans and no wash clothes or towels in the room. we checked out and will never be back to this place. its needs to be shut down.

When I checked in it was 6:30 pm or so on a 95 degree day. The AC was off...meaning the room was close to 90 degrees as it faced WEST! Reeked of cigarette smoke though I requested non-smoking. Couldn't handle it...knew even with AC on it wouldn't be below 80 until 6 7 maybe 8 am...we got back in car, checked out of the SMOKING room even though I requested NON_SMOKING and drove home through the night. I'll never deal with anything going forward with the name WYndham on it...Jeez! Vette your hotel/motels better!

Older Property, Clean Room, Minimal Breakfast, Good coffee, Cold AC The staff was courteous and efficient

A bad experience. When we arrived the staff was courteous. But the room was really bad. We found multiple spiders and webs in the room. They were on pillowcases, in the towels, and on the floor. The wood of the bathroom door was splintering. The wallpaper was curling off the wall. There was a ton of mildew in the bathtub (along with a pill bug). Any brass surface (the picture frames and all of the lighting in the room) was rusting. The pool was closed with it's winter cover still on. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.

This motel is just yuck! I actually cannot believe that Wyndham would keep this as a property. Got to the hotel, had to wait 5 min for anyone to even come to the office. Once they arrived they were on their cellphone the entirety of the check in process which consisted of the printer not working and them talking about how they wanted to burn the place down. Opened the door and was hit by a wall of cigarette smell. It was so bad! The room is so outdated and was dirty. There were literally cup crumbs in one bed (the one that actually had a blanket) the other bed had a blanket with multiple cigarette burns in it. The bathroom has a popcorn ceiling that is falling down. There are too many stains on the sink and counter to count. There is coffee stuff but no coffee maker! The remote did not work to the tv and the fridge did not work. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. We wanted to run for the hills on this one and unfortunately with it being a holiday, it was the only thing that had open rooms, now I know why! Please save your money and find somewhere else to stay!

Handicapped Accessible room was sort of but really not. The shower had no grab bars, the bars near the toilet were almost too far away to reach, the sink sprayed water everywhere. The shower floor was very slippery. TV, the picture was all snow and the sound kept going on and off. The router for the WiFi cautioned that it was an old device and not secure. There was no connection to the Internet. There was no attempt at housekeeping in the room we occupied. Though they told me the handicapped room was no smoking, it smelled of smoke and there were cigarette ashes and a cigarette butt on the floor next to the nightstand. I would recommend avoiding this property.
