Hotel Swagat

The rooms were overpriced. Also there were a few things that could have been better.. 1. The rooms weren't ready when we got there at 10.30 AM. They took another 10 mins to be handed over to us. 2. We had booked a couple of rooms and same key worked on both the rooms. Could be a huge security lapse or could be nothing at all..but needs to be called out. 3. Water management could have been handled better. We were getting ready and the tap went dry. Had to call the receptionist and it just took 4 5 mins to get the water supply back, but it's expected that they would manage the water supply on their own. 4. Cleanliness was not their top priority. the bathroom door mat was infested with dirt and hair and looked very dirty. The electric kettle that was provided in one of the rooms was not washed at all. It had tea stains all over it. Positive stuff 😊 1. The manager/attendant was super super helpful. He was literally, just 1 call away. 2. The rooms are tiny but are cozy. 3. No snacks given but tea condiments were aplenty. they literally have an infinite count of tea bags and sugar and milk powder.

Food is good but room is average as per price room is costly. Bathroom is very small and not clean.

Very good services and good staf. Good stay for couple and family. Very clean rooms. Go ahead
