酒店距堅田站十分鐘車程，無接送站服務，有巴士可以到酒店附近500米的地方班次較少，推薦出租前往，加上琵琶湖大橋的過路費約人民幣100元。周邊沒有商業和景點，可以中午去浮御堂和佐川美術館．辦理入住的工作人員熱情周到，每個環節服務都非常好。酒店房間全部面湖，一線湖景，落地窗視野開闊，均帶露台，可以看到琵琶湖的落日和日出。設施簡單了一點，沒有常規的保險箱和空氣凈化器，這兩個應該酒店必備。酒店環保風格房間衞浴沒有備品，前台可以提供。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，更差的是空間很大但需要站在浴缸裏洗澡，對於我必須先洗乾淨再泡澡需等放水就很難受，沒有整體浴室舒服。空調安靜，床品一般，窗簾一整個大透光，夜晚都透，必備眼罩，設計有點星野界細節粗糙的感覺，但這一切可以被湖景彌補。房間冰箱只有一瓶散裝水，但與星野界的摳門不同，這裏的lounge全時供應酒水啤酒飲料咖啡小零食，品質優良，下午三點四點五點有現做的點心，這個酒店的烘焙真的厲害，太好吃了，下午五點至五點半提供香檳，晚餐有兩個時段，酒單免費任點，特別大方，晚餐和洋式，節奏略慢，主菜烤近江牛失敗，一股油煙味，料理沒有甜點出色。餐後甜品盒子四個品種，可以帶回房間慢慢吃。這個酒店非常適合飲酒及甜點愛好者入住，特別優秀，晚餐也可能是偶然的失誤，推薦含餐，早餐簡單盒子裝的，不是自助，也可以在房間用早餐，很像虹夕諾雅河口湖的早餐。總體推薦入住。

JR守山駅前という抜群の立地です。周囲には飲食店も多数あり、また24時間営業のSEIYU、セブンイレブンも目の前なので、不自由することは全くありません。室内は清潔で、風呂とトイレが別々になっている点も良いと思います。ビジネスのため、利用することはありませんでしたが、ホテル割引でスポーツジムを利用することも出来るようです。関西出張（京都あたりまで）には利用価値が高いホテルだと思います。

Ich bin Ihnen sehr dankbar, dass Sie über die Details nachdenken. Ich habe den Mobilfunk-Ladegerät vergessen, aber ich habe einen Atem gelassen, weil der Ladegerät zuletzt im Hotel war. Aber als ich versuchte, es ins Hotel zu setzen, konnte ich es nicht laden und sofort an die Rezeption anrufen. Er antwortete freundlich und nahm sofort einen Ersatz-Ladegerät mit. Die Landschaft ist sehr gut! Es liegt am Rande des Sees. Die Hotellobby ist sehr geräumig und Kaffee ist kostenlos! Der Massagesessel ist kostenlos! Die Zimmergröße ist ebenfalls groß, was dem Standard eines Dreibettzimmers entspricht. Es gibt auch ein Doppelsofa. Sehr kostengünstig!
