I booked 3 rooms, 2 doubles (509 & 511), and 1 king (512). We arrived at the hotel around midnight after a long day on the road, so everyone was tired. The doubles were fine but the king had a non-working tv, so my nephew went to the front desk regarding the issue. The desk agent gave my nephew key card access to room 310 which was a double instead of a king. She did not change the reservation over and it turned out the room was still registered to another guest. Also, the room had not been cleaned and had a full toilet of feces. This was unsanitary and unsafe on multiple levels due to not being properly cleaned or assigned. I spoke with the manager, Sheri, and asked that I not be charged for the room based on the issues, but she refused to accommodate my request.
