Hotel des Arceaux

A friendly small, comfortable hotel with modern rooms set in a pair of period houses. Underground parking round the corner, which is a big plus so close to the city centre. Steep steps up to the door and no lift in the building but the staff are eager to help with the luggage if required. Outlook at the front over the arched water conduit which used to supply the city. Easy walking to the city centre through the magnificent Peyrou park. Nice and quiet and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Good location opposite the aqueduct, close to the old town. Small rooms (even the large superior queen rooms) and small bathrooms. Very kind, sincere service from the front desk staff. Breakfast additional at 12€/person. AC works well. Public parking garage close by with a hotel negotiated rate.

Quaint , clean , calm with a lush garden where you can enjoy a nice breakfast . Employees are helpful and welcoming. It really deserves its 3 stars and we will probably return there. It is close to the old town and next to the famous water bridge, illuminated at night . We definitely recommend it.

Good points: The location of the hotel is only 20 minutes walk from the historic center - The possibility of finding parking spaces around the establishment - The Courtyard overlooking a flower garden - Staff is available Points of attention : - Steep stairs (no elevator) - Poor soundproofing of the walls (you can hear the telephone from the reception, noises coming from the corridors, etc.) - Air conditioning was out of service during a heat wave, our room was over 26 degrees at night ... a shame for a 3 stars establishment ..., the only solution offered was a fan. The next day we have learned that other unoccupied rooms also had this kind of issue. Please note also that we did not have a change of room during the same night. We had also to ask for a commercial gesture, which was normal for the situation. The establishment remained vague and offered us a commercial gesture on a future stay. We came only to visit this city and we are not going to come back right away ... and it's not what we call a commercial gesture strictly speaking ...

Un hôtel simple et sans prétention, mais chaleureux et accueillant ! Un petit déjeuner préparé sur mesure dans un cadre agréable. Mention spéciale au personnel si gentil et attentionné! Situation proche du centre historique et au calme! Quel beau séjour !

Super hôtel, familial, avec un accueil et un personnel très attentionnés. Chambre calme et bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux - Conseil de restaurant sur demande. Décoration agréable - Proximité transport très pratique - Accès a la salle de sport juste a cote est un plus! On s'y sens bien, très vite, et on y revient!Je recommande +++ !
