Everything was horrible about the hotel and my stay. Would not recommend it to any respectable person.

Staff are friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Data signal is bad and Wi-Fi connection is terrible.

They are extremely polite and accommodating here. The moment something is brought up they jump into action. Our remote for the TV wasn’t in the room today when we checked in, you would’ve thought the room was on fire🔥. He immediately asked my room number and sent for someone to bring us one and literally it was there by the time I made it back there. Very clean and spacious, highly recommended to stay here in the Monroeville Red Roof Inn Plus location💯

I used to stay at Red Roof Inns all the time, but they are slowing deteriorating in friendliness and quality. Sadly this one is the same. The check in process was uncomfortable and the woman was not friendly inviting you to the Inn. UGH! I asked if I could stay on the first floor and she rudely commented that she was putting me on the 1st floor already! SHEEZ. What the hell is happening to RRIs? Clearly they've forgotten customer service brings favorable reviews and customers will want to come back. The air conditioner was SUPER loud even on low air so I couldn't sleep well. The bedding didn't smell like bleach or clean and was very 'dingy' - not white in color. There are no outlets near the bed, so you have to plug in your devices elsewhere. I would not stay here again.

Room was not very clean. Coffee maker did not work…. Someone had filled the water container with coffee and it had not been cleaned out. . We were kept awake most of the night by noisy neighbors. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside.

There was peeling paint on the wall. Three of five light fixtures were not functional. Toilet was very low making sitting more like squaring. The wash basin faucet was loose and not fully functional. There was debris under the chest of drawers.

Horrible! Never going back. In town to visit my daughter, decided to stay the night. Last minute decision. Sheets were stained and had hair on them. The spigot on the sink was loose. The toilet didn’t fill without reaching in the tank and setting the flapper.

Warning-if you plan to stay here. When you check in make sure your rv and safe work. Make sure the coffee pot is not missing any parts that are needed to make coffee. Make sure you know what Red Roof website describes as being in a Red Roof Plus room and take pictures if the list provided on the website are not actually true. Be aware that the snack example that is in a clear display case on the counter is what is actually in your room. Have proof of your reservation information with you so that when the front desk clerk cannot locate your reservation you can help them by providing your copy. If you call the front desk and ask for someone to come to the room to fix tv/safe ... or whatever - don't believe them when they say that someone will be right down. Be aware that you will be charged a $100 deposit for the safe at check in (they won't tell you). Stop at front desk when leaving and get a paper copy of your bill so you can see all the charges. Be aware the staff's English is minimal. And lastly, don't expect Red Roof to honor their 100 percent satisfaction guarentee that they describe in their website-they will decline reimbursement and expect you to take it up with te Hotel directly. Peaceful hotel, no noise pollution. Clean bedding. Large rooms. Comfortable temperature control. Lobby coffee was decent, try with French vanilla syrup. Choice of some great restaurants nearby. Monroeville mall had several stores to explore.
