房間乾淨整潔,地理位置方便。在我們入住以前,酒店就提前開了空調,這在高温的天氣裏,特別值得點贊!

poor air-conditioning, either too cold or too hot. Our virtual receptionist, based in the Philippines was very pleasant. There was a supply table in the lobby, not replenished often, such a decaf coffee, bath towels. We did not see an onsite manager. I spoke to one housekeeper. She was very friendly and helpful.

Had the worst experience. I don't know what kinda of mob group is running this place but when there is an issue NO ONE takes a responsibility. When we checked in, it was a video Kiosk, someone in NJ checking us in. It was a hot day in Moab, 90F, scorching hot sun. The room was luke warm even though the AC was set at 65. So we called the number that was on the receipt that we got when we checked in from the Kiosk. The woman in NJ said that there is nothing they can do since it was getting late and they are all booked out so we will have to wait til the next day until they send someone over. While my husband was dealing with this I searched google and found a hotel a block away that had a room available. I told them that we are checking out then. Upon hearing me saying the woman on the phone said that they will offer free breakfast and waive the fee for that night. I had two little kids who were cranky and already unpacked all our stuff and getting ready to get the kids to the bed so we decided to just spend the night and take cold showers. About 20min later someone claimed to be a property manager came over. He checked the AC and confirmed that it was not working . The room was unpleasantly warm. He said he will send someone over next day while we are out. Next day came and they moved us to a different room. Yes, AC worked there. The breakfast they offered was lame. Dried bagel that was not sliced, sausages, yogurt and some wet eggs were pretty much what was there. Typical roadside motel stuff. We don't usually eat breakfast and kids barely touched any so we ended up getting pastries elsewhere for the kids. The morning we were checking out, when we asked about the first night, the woman in the video was doing everything to avoid answering questions. As we were walking out from the kiosk, my husband bumped into the property manager and double checked with him about waiving the first night's lodging fee. He said it will be taken care of and he is just waiting fir the confirmation from his supervisor. Next day, I check my credit card and sure enough, BOTH nights were charged. I was extremely unhappy being lied to especially. Then 3 days of phone tagging began to happening. I had to repeat the same story 6 times and I was fed up. Each phone call ended "I will check with supervisor and call you back in 5 minutes" but you guessed it, NOTHING. At one point my call was either hung up on or sent to a voicemail box that was full. So I used my mom's phone and sure enough it went through. After all these calls, I was back to talking to a property manager who said they did everything they could and there won't be a refund. I pressed him how he is the one who did come over and confirmed that the room was warm. He admitted that it was but bow that the AC is working (um yeah, after we LEFT), he can't give a refund fir that night. He said he doesn't k ow what happened that night but since AC is working now he can't issue a refund. Someone help me understand his l

We were in Moab for 3 nights staing at the Virginian Motel. It is situate off the main highway and central to everything. It was a bit strange checking in, as there was no one in the office except a large computer device with a camera. It was quite easy however. the room is a standard Motel room. 2 Fridges, a microwave, coffemaler/ The bed was comfortable and the room clean. I recommend this Motel.

If you like being checked in by someone on a screen sitting in another country then this is your place. Cc and DL is all scanned into a machine. It’s like using an ATM. No AC in the office, no human on site. One tissue in the kleenex box and nearly ran out of TP as there was less than a quarter roll when we checked in. Again no one around to get a replacement. They say the manager is at their other location down the street and will bring whatever you need but that didn’t happen. Looks sketchy from the outside. Didn’t feel very safe. Pass on by and find something else. Not worth $200 a night.

We booked our May 2023 (Sun-Wed) trip to Moab (Arches National Park) in April so I had a hard time finding a reasonable room rate. We wanted to be close to the NP entrance. I read through lots of reviews for establishments in Moab and decided on the Virginian as it had pretty good reviews and nothing to turn us off the place. The day was very dreary when we drove up and my husband wondered if I had booked us at a Bates motel (LOL). The check-in went smoothly, they had one of those Kiosk check-in units. Luckily, I had read all about this new phenomenon so was not surprised. I had booked a disabled room with a accessible shower. There are two buildings and the handicap room was in the back where two handicap parking spaces are located. Although the exterior was well-worn and there were a few weeds growing along the property, we were pleased when we entered the room which was clean, spacious and furnished with art deco type furniture and a hard-wood tile floor. The king size bed was quite comfortable with very supportive pillows. A good size mini-frig, microwave, Keurig dispenser and TV with good reception were all appreciated. The air conditioner was fairly loud so we tended to turn it on high to get the room very cool and then turned it off for the night. The bathroom had plenty of towels for two people, there were the usual provided toiletries. The handicap shower had a new looking shower curtain, standard shower head, hand-held wand, pull-down seat and plenty of safety rails. The water got hot quickly and had lots of pressure. The water at the sink also got hot quickly so be careful! Since there was no shelf for toiletries, I used the end of the cabinet in the bedroom that was close to the bathroom door. There was a tiny little round table in the bedroom area that could have been brought into the bathroom to serve also. Breakfast is not included but the Moab Diner (closed Sundays) is just across the street and opens promptly at 6am for breakfast. This was a life-saver as the park reservation tickets that we were able to acquire were for 7am Monday. At check-out we turned in our keys and requested a printed receipt from the Kiosk agent. There is a printer in the office for this purpose. There are on-site cleaning staff to clean the rooms.

The only way we could make a reservation at the hotel in April was through *********** since no one answered the phone and their website linked to the third-party site. When we were one hour away on the day of arrival for our stay, the manager at the Virginian called to say they made a mistake by forgetting to inform *********** their rooms were booked for the entire weekend and so they had no room for us, with no alternative option for accommodations anywhere else. Then, the hotel would not give me a direct refund for the two nights and said refund requests would need to go through ***********. ***!! They cancel, and they cannot refund.?. So I processed two requests, including sending the hotel two emails with the request info, and called them multiple times, but to date, no refund has come through. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit credit. Bad business.... for sure....

Look elsewhere. When we arrived we were met with an online kiosk check in. No one is on site. This might be OK but when things go wrong not having anyone on site becomes the worst experience. The online lady was friendly at first but when she couldn't find our booking we were left to try and resolve on our own. I e-mailed our confirmation to her and was then informed that they had lost the booking. I understand these things happen but this is when not having someone on site really becomes an issue. - She spent a long time informing me she was trying to get hold of the manager. - We were told she called bookings.com but couldn't get through. I tried and got straight onto someone. - I was told someone would drive to the office to help us, this never happened. - I was told they were trying to sort it out with bookings.com, they didn't. I asked if I could use the office phone and was informed she couldn't organise that. In the end after nearly two hours waiting, bookings.com took ownership and organised a replacement hotel for us. During this time I spoke to numerous guests who also shared their concerns that no one is on site. There is no security, no help. As I found out, there is a reason this place is cheaper and always seems available when other hotels are fully booked, Look elsewhere.

How to use a kiosk to check in, never told they only clean every 3 days even though we were there 8 days only had her bed made once never clean the room even though they were in there every day replacing the towels. We told them we needed toilet paper and Kleenex, got the toilet paper and never got Kleenex. I would not recommend this place to anybody!
