The reviews here are not for Spark, they are for the predecessor. Hilton has bought the property and totally remodeled it. The property offers very nice rooms. The value is there for a good nights sleep at a reasonable price. The remodel was done very well. It is not a hotel room you would plan spending time in as there is no seating area in the double rooms. There is a nice workspace with a swing out desk and stool to sit in. Just a very nice place to get a good night sleep and shower. The reviews below should be deleted, they have nothing to do with this property.

Pulled the sheets back and there was an old gross screen saver from a phone. WTH? Our guess is they didn’t change the sheets, just made the bed the up. Towels are literally threadbare. The “comforter” is 2 dingy, almost yellow sheets stacked together. The A/C and phone have La Quinta on them and it looks like others we have stayed in. I assume La Quinta ran far, far away from this dump!!

The ice machine was not working there was no pool to use the elevator is not working no microwave and no breakfast the bath towels were ripped shredded on one side no toilety supplies toilet paper, shampoo hand soap one washcloth, one towel . the carpet was filthy dirty had cigarette burn holes all over it and other types of white stain. The pull out bed was the worst. To me this is very false advertising. When people book for hotels with breakfast and pool they expect to have at least breakfast. I tried to cancel my reservation they would not accept it.

First come in the linen is very dirty like the bed was made back up, the decorative strip on the bed had white stuff all over it so disgusting 🤢, alive and dead roaches are everywhere, tub has mildew and it very nasty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I will be calling HR because this is very ridiculous and nasty and is very just a safety hazard and health hazard.

Nearly everything is broken; everything is old & worn; cockroaches in the bathroom every day; mildew in the bathroom; piles & bags of trash & garbage in the hallways & blocking doors while the staff texts on their phones nearby; employees fighting; employees doing their laundry with hotel laundry; cockroaches in the stairwells; worst continental breakfast ever; workmen & others smoking in the elevator & non-smoking room (the whole place states it is smoking-free - what a joke!); hand sanitizer stations empty or broken; takes days to get problems rectified.

Summer Hill Inn & SuitesWorst hotel Service I ever stayed. Hotel Check in Time is 3.00 p.m. I pre-paid for 3 days and arrived at 9.00 p.m., I think the Front desk lady has issues doesn't look normal took more than 30 minutes and later asked me to wait so she will get the room ready took another 1 hour. There are roaches in the room. No Soap, No Bath Towel. I kept reminding them many times and 3rd day I waited in the lobby until I get the bath towel, atlast the lady brought a wet bath towel used by someone else. No House Keeping for 3 days I stayed, but daily I see a guy with House Keeping card, absolutely no idea what that guy was doing, instead of a paying a guy just stand with the House Keeping cart, they can put a photo frame, All their customers reviews are poor but proudly they display that they have 221 review in 2020, the should be ashamed. Good size room and bath room, but worst service and maintenance I ever experienced
