My family and I came in September 2022 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For a three star hotel, it was a 10/10 experience. This most recent trip, however was not that. From the moment we walked onto the 4th floor, the subtle smell of mold lingered throughout the hallway. When we opened the door to our suite (room 425) the smell was undeniable. It was late, I was tired so I gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with a sinking spot in the center of the mattress. The air conditioner was extremely loud with an audible drip that could be heard clear into the living room. The next day, we discovered a wet spot in the front of the bed, that most likely came from the Air Conditioner unit. After leaving at 10:00 and returning around 3pm our room had not been serviced. I called down to complain and was told they don’t service the rooms daily, but if I wanted they would send house keeping up (I am still waiting on housekeeping to clean that room to this day.) We checked out after a two night stay and will not be returning. Breakfast was decent.
