Hotel Metro, Autograph Collection

We are staying at the Hotel Metro to see a Broadway show and spend the day in Milwaukee. Loni was so helpful with our valet! She made it an easy and smooth process! We appreciate her kindness and knowledge. Thank you so much for you help, Loni!!!

Loni was so kind and courteous. Loni helped me with my luggage and all my bags, waited patiently while I checked in and helped escort me to my room. Also had wonderful conversation, very nice to be greeted with such a kind person! I will definitely continue to choose the metro hotel due to the amazing service I receive by both the valet and the hotel desk! They are top notch wonderful people!

We had a very great stay! It was our first time in Milwaukee. Although the vent in our room was a bit noisy at night, our valet Loni and the rest of the staff took great care of us and was so welcoming and nice! Also, the vibe of the hotel was very cool and very conveniently located

The service was great! Valet attendant Loni was great, made it very easy! Our tv didn’t work in our room and the maintenance man was up right away! Unfortunately couldn’t fix it but upgraded me to a better room! I went to Oggie’s and the bartenders were excellent despite how busy they were. I’ve been to the hotel before and it’s fantastic.

My experience with Valet was exceptional. Loni was so kind and has such a gentle spirit ñ. I am so glad she was there to take care of me on my trip to Milwaukee. Ray at the front desk was phenomenal. I don’t have the proper words to describe his level of knowledge, great spirit and kindness.

I booked 3 rooms at the Hotel Metro for a family birthday celebration. Hotel exceeded expectations in all ways. Rooms are beautifully appointed and HUGE. (My son asked if he got upgraded-couldn't believe that was the 'standard' king room). The location of the hotel is ideal-easy walk to the art museum and market and 3rd ward. Plenty of restaurants on the same block. Rooftop deck is adorable-super fun, great views, tiki themed with wonderful cocktails and mocktails. Could certainly spend several hours up there relaxing! Apart from the actual rooms and facilities at the hotel, I would recommend talking to Ray at the front desk. He is amazing and incredibly skilled and knowledgable. He managed to check a couple of us in early, get all of us on the same floor (hotel was close to capacity with a conference group), get the birthday girl an upgrade (fireplace room-very nice), and threw in a couple of breakfast vouchers as we are Bonvoy Platinum. He really went above and beyond and made the birthday celebration a success. (Including refrigerating the birthday cake!!!!). He is also great with recommendations on where to eat/things to do in the surrounding area. So, thank you Hotel Metro and thank you Ray! We will be back!
