Clean, decent sized double room, with a nice shower and well-lit bathroom. It is set up as an independent room within a flat. There's a safe, wardrobe space, couple of chairs and stools, a desk, coffee machine and kettle, and ample lighting. I've read so many reviews about it being noisy but I didn't hear a thing all night (I was in room 101) and slept like a log. They have space and a system to leave luggage before check in and after check out. The lady who checked me in (Marina) was especially welcoming and friendly and she gave me excellent local information, all nicely printed out. It was quite a nice touch, and something I've not seen often even at hotels. The location is unbeatable (it's a 3min walk to the metro and a 10min walk to almost every major site). For a short trip I can't think of a better place to stay.

As a solo traveller I can’t fault this place. The room has everything you need and it seemed cheaper than other places in the centre when I was looking. Excellent location, nearest metro is a few minutes walk away and the Duomo is about a 5 minute walk.

Had a lovely stay at the apartments, the location is amazing as it is located essentially in the city centre! Just a short 3-5 minute walk to the Duomo. Very clean room and more than enough space for 2 people travelling. Staff were very friendly upon check in and suggested lots of amazing restaurants and locations. Had no issue with water facilities as detailed in various other reviews, however as stated the staff are only available at certain times of the day but this is mentioned in their policy as they are classed as ‘apartments’ as opposed to a hotel with 24/7 service but this was not an issue

**DO NOT CONSIDER THIS HOTEL NO MATTER WHAT** They have a check in policy which says you must check in before 22:00. We travelled to Milan 6th September, booked 3 rooms for 1 night. There were delays with our flight and then subsequent delays in the transfer etc. We were In contact throughout with the the hotel to advise of this. We were travelling as a group of 6 with parents, one of which is disabled. We arrived at the property as soon as we could (which was about 23:15) We tried to contact them as did some residents who stay In the same building however the hotel cancelled our booking and left us on the streets. We had other hotel trying to assist us in getting somewhere to stay which we eventually did at 3am. *********** and I have tired to contact the property to request a refund however they refuse and one lady has just hung up on me. As a daily of this stress and upset my father has ended up in hospital with a suspected heart attack. The hotels response is simply - it’s not our fault it’s yours, you wert the ones that were late.

I booked a room for me and my daughter at this hotel for the 31st of August 2022. We were going to travel by train from Switzerland to Milano. We were looking forward for this quality time! Initially the train was supposed to arrive around 21:15 in Milano Centrale, so we would take around 15 to 20 min to arrive at the hotel. The check in time was until 22:00. Unfortunately, the train had a technical issue and it was unclear as to when we would arrive in Milano. I contacted the hotel several times to inform them about the situation and that I would probably not be able to arrive before 22:00. They were not very flexible and extended the check in time to 22:20. Although I kept them continuously informed about my situation, at the end I was forced to cancel my reservation via booking. I asked to wave the cancellation fee and was expecting some consideration from their part as there was no other possibility left as I would not arrive before 22:20. To my surprise they not only rejected my request and charged my card, but also ignored all my emails and phone calls. I have never experienced such a situation before and felt really disappointed. This type of gesture shows for me the level of people and business, so never again will I book a room at this hotel. This review is much more to be able to speak out what happened to me and my family and how we felt ignored by this hotel. I removed this hotel from my saved list. It is for me a no go.
