Hospitality was unacceptable, we asked the room service for towel s… after 8 hours we recalled and then they brought it but after EIGHT hours

We reserved for spa one dag in advance confirmed by the spa and the reception, also they asked time what masseur, and we did our selection,
The next to double check what time we had the massage we called the reception and after 20 minutes of them talking to eachother and figure it out they told us we dont have any reservations… also when i booked the room i called the hotel that IT WAS MG BIRTHDAY THE DAY I ARRIVE SO PLEASE PROVIDE ME A CAKE AND THEY ALL SAY YES TELL US WHEN U GONNA ARRIVE I TOLD THEM… NO CAKE NO SIGNE OF even A HAPPY BDAY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY FORGOT WHEN THEY DOUBLED CHECKED EVERYTHING WITH MY BOYFRIEND!!!!!!! Even after my bf retold them about the birthday to remind them.. but …. WORST EXPERIENCE AND BDAY THANK YOU ARMANI FOR JUST KEEPING THE NAME AND LOOSING THE CLASS… we paid only for the name… I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT TOWARDS ANY DESIGNER BUT THEY ARE USING ONLY THE NAME…… and it shouldnt be a luxury hotel based on the hospitalities!!!
