I stayed at your hotel last night. I picked this location for EV charging. 1 plug didn’t work at all the 2nd one the end piece has wires showing. Thought I was gonna electrocute myself. Take a shower the next morning 2 mins into a shower run out of WATER. Not hot water but all. I had to fill the ice bucket from the sink to wash off. Then I go to breakfast at 8am. There is barely any items no regular syrup juice machine is broken and a jug of milk with maybe half a cup sitting there. Could we not have went to the Walmart across the street and got a jug of juice as well?

Hotel under staffed and unable to provide cleaning services on a normal basis. In 10 days room serviced once despite multiple requests. Had to make numerous trips down to take out trash, go get toilet paper and fresh towels. Not ideal for long stays which I believe is the point of this hotel chain.

Home 2 Suites Room-9 Breakfast-2 Cleanliness- 8 These ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being terrible and 10 being more than awesome. The breakfast was very low quality definitely could use improvement.

I have stayed at this property since it opened. I find Mrs. Tomlinson to be a "hands-on Team Leader" with professional communication skills and stays on top of every function of her hotel, from excellent customer service, staffing, housekeeping to the grounds! This is a clean, welcoming hotel

The hotel was easy to find off the highway 40. The property was clean as well as inside and our room. We used the pool, nice pool and sitting area with grills. We used a grill one night, they were cleaned. we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and nice. The only disappointment we had was the shower. It was cold and the shower head/pressure was not very good. We did not report it as we were in a hurry to get to our sons baseball game.

The pillows aren’t the fluffiest by the way!The bed is Horrible my leg is going numb I can’t sleep at all . Is it the 4th floor the viewers haven’t been to? Because the reviews have to be lies or maybe it’s just room 427 ? I already have anxiety and I can’t sleep . I could’ve went to motel 6 for the bed probably about the same I don’t know if this is a joke or what !! I will never come here and!!! Hilton this Home 2 suites have ruined your name . And I am a rewards member this is a waste of money! I’m can’t sleep it’s 1:48am counting down until 7:30 am to leave !!!

The room was very clean and big. There was a section with the beds, and a section that was more of the living and dining space with a curtain between the two areas for privacy. On the living and dining side, there was a nice kitchenette, a decently sized fridge, some ceramic dishes for food and drinks, and a good amount of kitchen utensils to cook and eat with. Next to the kitchenette was the "living room" area, which included a big desk, a comfortable office chair, couch, TV, ottoman, and a side table. The sleeping section had plenty of space for clothes and each side of the bed had a night stand, which was surprising because most hotels don't have a night stand for each side. There was also ample counter top space to put miscellaneous items. You do have to request room service 24 hours in advance as part of following Green practices, but overall this hotel is very nice at a good cost. I didn't cover some of the other things the room included because there was so many things. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

went online to rent a room for our honeymoon. did this on June 13th, 2022, husband found out that he was not going to be in on time. said I had to cancel by the 12th of June that is fscrewed up i made it on the 13th and i was withing my 5 days to cancel and they still are going to take my money. I will never stay here again and i sure in the hell will tell people to stay away. they don't honor what they say they just steal your money. steal from your own country don't come to America and steal from us.
