很意外！非常不錯的一家酒店，配置的一次性用品齊全，浴巾毛巾都是一次性。床品布草也非常上檔次，平時對枕頭要求偏高的我居然對他家的枕頭情有獨鍾，簡直太驚喜了！值得再提的還有燒水用的熱飲機很衞生好用，省去自己帶便攜式燒水壺…另外熱情周到的服務和良好的溝通讓我感到備受尊重，總體來説環境很好，衞生乾淨整潔住着非常舒適。 停車也很方便，緊挨着的隔壁就是一個大型停車場。 下次回來M星空酒店是不二選擇！

喝了酒不開車所以會經常在彌渡住酒店，住的也比較多了，説實話連鎖酒店還是有一定期待值的，雖是第一次入住彌渡的維也納，但想着品控、服務、管理等細節應該都大差不差的，然而這次入住真的很想差評，想了想不忍心差評是看到前台小哥不容易，夜班一直到早上七點多退房都還在值班，還有因為原有房型滿房了以後做了房型升級，所以衹提建議，不給最差評，希望整改到位。 主要存在問題有以下幾點： 1、作為彌渡唯一一家連鎖酒店，基礎入住接待服務態度都一般，三個人工作人員在談工作上的事情，衹有一人邊接待辦理邊繼續聊天，我沒有強制要求工作人員必須問好，畢竟也是普通住客，但是希望在這方面加強下，以此維護酒店整體形象； 2、入住房間空調通過語音助手和麪板控制都無法開啟空調，入睡逐漸變得炎熱才忍不住撥打前台電話要求查看房間空調，好在前台小哥及時更換房間並且誠摯道歉因空調帶來的不便體驗； 3、房間還是存在一定新裝修的氣味； 4、我不知道是不是因為需要開門散氣味，更換房間所在的樓層房間基本開着門，導致更換的房間內地面（無論衞生間瓷磚還是地板）都有明顯灰塵，包括被窩上有灰塵味道，衹是想着凌晨兩點多快三點了，身上也沒有出現灰塵過敏就沒有提出再次更換房間要求，希望酒店管理方引起重視，對酒店未入住的空房進行檢查打掃。 值得一提的是酒店吹風機用的是萊芬的吹風機 頭髮速幹 這個很不錯 女士住户應該會很喜歡
