This was not the first time I had stayed in this hotel. When I first walked in, there was a gentleman at the front desk waiting to greet us, unlike most hotels where you have to wait around for somebody's help. I had a problem with the next-door neighbors, so I went down to the front desk, he promptly fixed the issue and was nice about it. I was staying 3 days and asked the overnight lady not to bother cleaning my room because they didn't have a do not disturb sign to put on the door. That was a mistake she was rude and unfriendly. Somehow she didn’t understand and the room got cleaned for no reason it was not a big deal but the way she handled it wasted time and resources for the staff.

This hotel was "okay" for us as a middle-aged couple, just passing through for the night. Priced well, the room was decent, and convenient to our friend's place nearby. Definitely not for a longer period of time, or for a family, I don't think. There are some shady looking characters that stay there, who like to hang around the rear entrance and prop the door open.

The room was just ok but would never stay there again. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower head and on the bottom of the shower curtain. The exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling was completely clogged with dust or whatever. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. They do have a pool as on their webpage but it is very very small and in my opinion rather depressing. Do yourself a favor and stay somehwere else.

Absolutely miserable. Window was busted, fridge did not work, hair dryershot sparks across the room and then did not work, the 2 people nodding out outside our door really added to the aesthetic. The uncapped needle I picked up in the main hallway seemed to be common occurance as no one was alarmed. Roaches under the fridge that scattered when you closed the door. The "heated pool" was green, slimy, and frigid. Not to mention we were denied our deposit back when switching to direct billing for work because we had a service dog. We stay at Red Roofs across the nation and this is by far the worst. .

Reserved. 1st floor room on the phone. Was presented with a 2nd floor room at the front desk. The whole place reeked of smoke, although signs everywhere said “a no smoking hotel.” People pounding on windows at 2:30am trying to find their friends. People shouting in the hallway at 3:30am. Outside doors propped open. Not secure!!!! Didn’t feel safe. Bathroom ceiling peeling and protruding down. Instant coffee offered as “breakfast.” No shower pressure. Barely hot water. So disappointed for $110.

Excellent experience had some issues with my mother booking they were extremely accommodating nice room clean has to be the best red roof inn in 400miles and best hotel in warren county. Went above and beyond
