just awkward, I couldn't enter in the room, it was the worst situation in a hotel in my life, and i'm traveling for business for more than 200 days/year, in 4 continents.
Even if it is written that it would have beeen an online check-in I couldn' expect that they would have asked me to print their registration form, fill it and sign it, then scan it and send it back to them by email, beside asking me to send them all details of my credit card, still by email, which i don't think it's safe.
At that time of the night I could't find another location to stay, and i had to sleep in my car, making also my family at home very worried for my safety, which is the worst part of what happened
