This is an older style hotel which is reflected in it rooms.so don't expect bright new modern fittings. Our room was quite dark, the carpet was worn, the bathroom & toilet small but functional and there was only one socket, which in this electronic age is a little tricky. We did view other rooms and they were larger and had more Sockets. Being on the upper floor gives the opportunity to leave your door open to let in light. Unfortunately we found the bed was so hard my partner, who has back problems was unable to tolerate it and we had to relocate hotels. However, the staff were wonderful and so accomadating in trying to resolve the situation. We can't express our gratitude enough to Fabiola who dealt with the situation for us. We were sorry to have to leave, as the hotel has a beautiful garden and is in a quiet location ( very unusual for M city) but walkable to restaurants, the park and other areas. The restaurant was very good, the staff really nice. Don't let our situation put you off. If you are looking for a more traditional place to stay without all the modern stuff and don't have bad backs this is a really nice environment to relax in.

Ich genossen das Restaurant im Hotel Monaco bei vielen Gelegenheiten.. Ich habe nie im Hotel geblieben, aber das Restaurant war eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Frühstück und Abendessen. Der Service war mit großer Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und das Essen war immer lecker. Der Wochenende-Buffet war voll und die Preise sind sehr vernünftig. Ich empfehle sehr einen Besuch, wenn Sie in Mexiko City (nahe der Metro Hidalgo) zu sein kommen.

Das war mein zweites Aufenthalt hier und alles, was ich sagen kann, ist, dass Jose Luis für mich und meine Familie wunderbar war, er war immer der Highlight meines Tages 🫶🏼 immer uns 100 Prozent geben und uns in allem, was wir brauchen, helfen. Alle Mitarbeiter wie Victor, der uns mit unseren Taschen geholfen hat, waren außergewöhnlich! Und einer der Server vom Dach, deren Name Marco ist, war so wunderbar und machte so eine tolle Arbeit. Ich schätze wirklich alle, die uns geholfen haben. Der einzige Fall war, dass ich mit meiner Familie am 25. Abend essen wollte, um meinen Mannes Geburtstag zu feiern, aber sie bezahlten 1.500 pesos pro Person, was lächerlich war und alles bc gab ein Konzert. Ich habe auch den Eindruck, dass sie sich an jemandem nicht kümmern, der erwartet, was mit der Gruppenfirma passiert. Ein anderes Punkt war ein Wächter vom Dachboden “Edgar” war super hart, beide Male, als wir ihn als Wächter bekam und wollte mich extra für das Buffet bezahlen, wenn es eingeschlossen wurde. Ich fühlte mich diskriminiert, weil er auf Amerikaner aufmerksam machte, was verrückt ist, weil ich auch ein Amerikaner bin, aber da er sah, dass ich offensichtlich hispanisch bin, dachte er, ich sei da. Diese beiden Dinge waren der einzige Fall des Hotels, aber andere als, dass ich eine wirklich große Zeit hatte und ich schätze alle Mitarbeiter, die mir in allem helfen. Ich schätze es wirklich

Die vier Jahreszeiten sind so gut wie immer, und jedes Mal gibt es keine Enttäuschung. Das kann wirklich nicht jedes Luxushotel. Der Preis in dieser Stadt kann als ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, klassische und schöne Architektur, meisterhaftes Design beschrieben werden, jedes Möbelstück spiegelt zurückhaltenden Luxus und ästhetische Standards wider. Liebe es so sehr. Eines der besten Hotels der Stadt. Andere vom gleichen Niveau waren auch dort und wurden direkt von den vier Jahreszeiten getötet, ich brauche das überhaupt nicht zu berücksichtigen. Die vier Jahreszeiten haben eine erstklassige Lage. Sowohl das Schloss als auch das Museum sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Park ist einen Besuch wert. Das Frühstück des Hotels ist groß und die Zutaten sind erstklassig und raffiniert. Es gibt viele Lebensmittel, aber die Spitze der Liste ist möglicherweise nicht für den chinesischen Geschmack geeignet. Internet-Promi-Restaurants haben unterschiedliche Meinungen. In Chinatown gibt es ein gutes chinesisches Restaurant. Es ist der Besitzer von Guangdong Mo in zweiter Generation und ein chinesischer Koch.

Ich habe die Stadt Mexiko mehrmals besucht, aber seit ich Grand Fiesta America versucht habe, gibt es keinen anderen Ort zu bleiben, besonders wenn Sie in der Nähe eines Polanco-Gebiets sein müssen, wo ich einige Geschäftstreffen hatte. Hotel ist ziemlich modern ausgestattet. Einige der großen Hotelketten in Mexiko Stadt sahen etwa 90er Jahre aus, was nicht der Fall ist von Grand Fiesta Americana. Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Personal wirklich freundlich und flexibel. Ich war mehr als einmal da und zu meiner Überraschung einige der Mitarbeiter auf der 16. Etage erkennen mich und empfangen mich ganz herzlich willkommen. Einige der Mitarbeiter arbeiten dort seit Jahren, was bedeutet, dass die Management sie gut behandelt, was ein gutes Zeichen ist. Ich werde in naher Zukunft sicher wiederkommen.

I also had the opportunity to indulge in a relaxing spa treatment, which was a true treat for the senses. The skilled therapists provided top-notch service, using natural and aromatic products that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat away from the city's chaos, I wholeheartedly recommend Hacienda Pena Pobre. The idyllic setting, attentive staff, and charming accommodations make it the perfect destination for a relaxing getaway. My stay at Hacienda Pena Pobre exceeded my expectations, and I cannot wait to return to this enchanting oasis of tranquility.

As someone who grew up in Mexico City, I definitely recommend Bemate Masaryk!! Polanco is one of, if not, the safest spaces in the city. You can walk with your child at any time and there is always people walking with dogs and children. Bemate is in the perfect area for walking to any local restaurants and boutiques. The biggest pointers of the hotel are the air conditioning, the great water pressure for the shower, and the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Monse, our room attendant, always left the room clean and tidy and was very willing to work around our schedule. Definitely recommended.

The hotel looks exactly the same as in the pictures. Also, front desk can speak English. The facilities are provided just like what the ad said; laundry, working area, gym. I like how the hotel always looks so clean. However, one thing that I don’t like but don’t really mind is the elevator that is slow. I asked for upper level room and I got what I asked for! Uliv Cibeles located near many places, let’s say it’s just 10-15 mins by car to some travel attractions. Overall, this meets my expectations ＜3

Ich dachte, es war ein großes günstiges Hotel. Große Zimmer und mit allem, was man braucht. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Lage ist gut. Sehr nahe Rom Zentrum. Der Preis ist gut. Es gibt einen guten Kaffee vor. Sie haben einen Parkplatz und behalten Ihre Taschen, wenn Sie sie brauchen.

Mexiko City stand nie auf unserer ”Wunschliste”. Durch die CORONA-Strandung auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff, kamen wir über Mexiko City. Das Quartier Polanco ist sehr gemütlich. Es hat viele kleine Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.
