this is the worst place i have been stayed. when we checked into the room the ceiling was came down and smells very bad &went to the fd and them to switch the room and the night person told that they don't have any other rooms available and the night person told us that in the morning person will switch us to different room. In the morning we went to the fd and the person refused to change the room and speak with us in rude way and didn't change the room and telling that they does not have any rooms available. but we know that they have rooms available on the next day morning. and kept us in the same room for two days with that smell. worst staying in my life.

Horrible hotel and service. The first room they gave to me was on the third floor and the ceiling was covered in mold. They switched us rooms, and put us on the second floor. The second room had a table infested with ants and there were bugs on the bed. They switched us to a third room and the third room had a leaking air conditioner that didn’t work. At this point we requests a refund and we’re told they could not compensate us as it was too late in the day. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I ever stayed in.

If you don't want to read the rest, in essence, stay far away. We were welcomed to a whiff of extremely bad **** as we entered the building. The hallways did not smell any better, and they put everybody staying there in rooms next to each other, so you can hear the other guests all night long. As we entered the room, the stench of mold slaps you across the face. After you quickly come to, the lovely cockroaches are there to say hi. The bed spreads were not washed as they had fresh stains. They won't replace them, just take them to wash....and they were never returned. The room has air conditioning, however, you can't actually control it. The bathroom had holes in the wall and the non-working vent hanging from the ceiling. The pool has zero filtration system and the water is very dirty. The hot tub was missing many tiles and had an exposed hole on the side. You then have people who hang outside of the hotel 24/7 smoking and yelling. Drunks are constantly racing through the parking lot, and smashed into my car. The breakfast was edible, and that might be the only decent part of this trip. I regret taking my family here. It is dirty and unsafe.

This is my first review of a hotel EVER. I read some reviews before booking this hotel, some were good some were bad. I decided to book because the price was good and it had a pretty good overall rating. I wish I had not booked this hotel. Every part of this building is dirty, from the front doors to the floors, the elevator walls and floor were sticky, our room had dried liquid on the walls (which could have been easily washed away by cleaning staff), the phone in the room and the TV had sticky stuff like jelly on it (plus the phone did not work), the room floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. The light switch in the bathroom had something on it which I had to clean myself so we could use the bathroom. At 3:30 in the morning, I began to hear knocking on a door which went on and off for hours. When we left our room the next morning, she was out again banging on the door trying to wake someone up. I told the front desk and they said "She was here again, she's not supposed to be in the building" Great! Random people are in the hotel roaming the halls at 3 in the morning. On top of leaving this review, I also called corporate customer service and told them about the state of this hotel. I can honestly say; this is the dirtiest most run-down hotel I have ever stayed in A couple of positive things; the water pressure was good, they offer free breakfast (which is very limited in selections) the staff is friendly

A/C barely works. Had to wiggle the plug in the wall first. Stains on comforter, iron board stains,guest smoking out of the windows drop ceiling stains, chair next to bed has nasty outdoor cushion. Shower curtain was stained, dirty light. Phone had melted something on it. Health department and code inspector needs to be contacted

The cleanliness of this hotel was disgusting! There was a bloody tampon on the floor in the bathroom, there is mold in the bathroom, there are missing outlet covers. The mattress pad is sticky, There is marshmallow or something on the curtains. There are stains on the bed stains on the curtains, holes in the walls. The man that checked us in was so creepy that I checked the room for cameras and broken wall pieces to make sure no one was getting trafficked. I only stayed because it was late and Had already paid and could not get a refund.

I stayed here on a recent road trip. The hotel was nice and clean. Better than other Quality Inns that I stayed at during this trip. The room and facility was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The only problem is restaurants are close but not in walking distance for an AARP guy like me.

Do NOT stay here. Dirty. Broken bathrooms. Broken water fountain. Filthy bedding. Filthy walls and curtains. Filthy carpet. Broken lights. Run away from this rundown wreck of a motel. You will regret staying here.

Roach motel. Dirty and dead roaches. Wouldn't give us refund. We left immediately. Do not recommend. Do not know why its reviews are so high. Avoid at all costs. It is not worth your time. Thanks so much for listening.
