I didn’t take advantage of all the amenities; my stay was quite short. Not having a vehicle while in town, it was nice that there were a couple of places very close by to get some food. But the hotel and staff were nice. 👍🏽

Avoid this hotel at all costs! It was extremely disgusting and unclean. We had to request a new room because our first room smelled of pee. The chairs by check-in were so dirty they were brown, the hallway carpets had huge holes in them, and there was gunk all over the walls everywhere you went. There were loud parties at night, and the front desk assistants didn’t know what they were doing and greeting us “What’s happening?” If it wasn’t so late when we arrived, I would have tried to find another hotel. My instincts told me to RUN AWAY. I would not ever stay here again.

After finding a live bedbug in the first room, we were moved to a second room. I have stayed in MANY hotels - many in the CHOICE portfolio - this was the worst experience I have ever had. Dirt everywhere. under beds, behind beds, food scraps, stains on carpet throughout the room, loose fixtures, and I could go on. I cannot recommend you stay here, and I WILL NOT myself every stay here in the future. Poorly managed for cleaning etc. the simple statement, "I have worked here for X number of years and have never had a report of a bedbug" simply does not ring true in the industry and certainly not based on my experience. In an of itself, Bedbugs happen. I can accept that, but the poor state of maintenance and cleanliness shouted out to stay away.

Stopped in on a trip from Louisiana to Georgia, and we were really disappointed by our accomodations. We were completely unable to Shower, as the handle was not connected to the shower itself. It fell off into my spouse's hand when he touched it. There were stains everywhere, mold in the bathroom, and the television didn't work. I was told I'd be contacted by the manager via telephone, but it never happened.

Buyer be aware . Dont stay here Hot water lmao I have been with out hot water for three days. Called the front desk asked why the hot water is not working. Oh well we are waiting for a part to come but they want to keep selling rooms at $129.00 keep in mind sink in the bathroom wpuld not drain so i notice long hair so I wanted the drain to drian so I started pulling crap out of the drain so much hair came it has not been cleaned. Lets lamps are falling apart cappet is so nasty not even funny. Hallways dont get cleaned. Wash dyers lol thats a joke as well they cant afford a dryer but they charge $129 a night for a piss poor services and broken crap and NO HOT WATER.

Employees are courteous and attentive Unfortunately, the hallways reflect very little upkeep The room was clean, but elevators and carpeting need to be clean as well to boost this hotel's rating I'm not sure I would recommend this site to others

The assistant manager was SO mean and rude. He had the worse attitude. The carpet is extremely dirty smells like mildew. The entire hotel needs renovation. But the first thing they need to do is get rid of that obnoxious assistant manager. He wasn't dressed professionally. He had on denim jeans, red t-shirt and a baseball cap.

TV did not work. Even if it did, it is attached to the wall in a way that prevents plugging in a Firestick or other streaming device to watch Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Toliet is small, camp style. Not recommended. Better options in area including Holiday Inn next door that unfortunately was sold out when we were there.

Not a friendly staff. Check in clerk was short and un engaging. Dresser in room was not clean had something on it that needed to be scraped off. Building had many little issues, Door lock had cover missing. Stairway was quite dirty. no strainer on shower drain. My biggest issue is where is the "southern hospitality" other guests where warm, friendly, and engaging, staff was indifferent. One good point is the best dog run of any hotel I have stayed in.
