Hi All, Would have been a 0 but didn’t have the option. DO NOT book at this apartment. We tried to cancel more than 2 days prior to our arrival time due to a cancelled flight. It stated on their policy cancel 2 days before arrival and I rang to let them know straight away about the cancelled flight as soon as I found out only to be turned down and them telling me that it needed to be 11:59pm more than two days before our arrival time at the apartment as their check in policy is 2-3pm (that’s the time we would have arrived) and not 12 midnight. They do not have considerations at all for their customers. I asked politely if we can at least change the date so we don’t loose our money even if we have to pay a little extra and they never responded, they are money hungry and greedy. I explained also about the cancellation policy 2 days before arrival and took screenshots and circled what was a contradicting response from them. I rang so many times, they picked up when I rang the first two times to explain the situation, I was promised they were going to bring it up to the manager and for me to ring in the afternoon. They never spoke to any manager, they never picked up my call for the rest of the day and the day after. They just messaged me one liners and at the same time I kept ringing and they don’t ever pick up. Then they charged us almost $700 and we didn’t even get a chance to get to the apartment because of the cancelled flight 😡 They are THIEVES, USELESS & No Compassion to customers so please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT book here.
